One of my sauces was out of stock. Customer service contacted me about if I wanted a refund or wait for the sauce to come in. I waited as the delay was only a few days. I actually did not even expect so company to be proactief. Extremely satisfied!

I ordered the Hot Ones package. It was delivered pretty quickly. Unfortunately 3 out of 10 bottles arrived broken (it's the delivery company's fault, I'll come back to that). I wrote a message to HeatSupply and they immediately send back the three missing bottles for free with a nice message. Great service and reactivity. The only negative thing is the delivery company (GLS). They suck big time (probably better to use Post.nl). Their driver pretend to have rung your bell but go directly to a drop spot instead. Totally unreliable and poor service but overall HeatSupply rocks !!!

Ik kan hier een eetlepel van opeten met gemak , ik heb hier de Da Bomb die 100 x heter is . Dus de saus die ik heb gekocht Hot Ones The Last Dab Xperience Hot sauce is dus niet de heetste saus ter wereld,maar een miskoop. Niet kopen dus zonde van het geld.

If you are looking for the Hot One sauces that's the place to order. But they have so much more sauces to offer. Very friendly Staff to communicate with. I was in their area on vacation a few weeks ago and shot an email (on a very short notice) if I could pich up my order to save up on shipping. I could, even on a Sunday. I got some awesome recomendation for pretty much exactly what I was looking for and something I didn't know that i needed to have. Thank you Freek!
