Considering how expensive this product is when purchased the after sales service is very poor. You feel that you are constantly in the wrong and they are only looking for a way out of honouring their warranty. They finally sent the correct part needed after several calls. Won’t buy Cadac again. They need to have a hard look at other companies attitude to warranty claims. Look at Dyson!

Hinweis auf die hohen Versandkosten von 7,50 € wurden ignoriert.

Kleinteile wurden für lächerliche 1,29 € in einem Briefumschlag versendet.
Der Kunde muss dafür natürlich 7,50 € Porto bezahlen.

Sehr schlecht.

Klein onderdeel, kan via briefpost verstuurd worden wat ook gebeurt is. Echter toch 6,95 verzendkosten moeten betalen voor briefpost van 0,74 cent. Vind dit erg onterecht maar daar valt niet over te praten

I got what I ordered

I got a track and trace that the package would be delivered on monday the 20th at the campsite. I changed this so I could pick it up at a postoffice on saturday the 18th, because i needed it to cook at the camping we are staying. I went to the postoffice 5 executive days!! Got my package on thursday the 23th!!! 11 days after I ordered... at the website they told 3 to 5 days... made a lot of extra costs for xooking and driving to the postoffice for 5 days...
