Horrible and unexceptable, because you sold me defective FrankeSD110
After purchasing a FrankeSD110 soap dispenser , that is defective, and
26 emails exchanged with Jorieke Bogers...and paying 17euros to return this SD110 to CitroenAir, Jorieke Bogers, sent back the same defective SD110, after saying CitroenAir would send a new replacement SD110.
Today I sent another email, asking for a full refund, and a pre-payed postage stamp. My email has not been answered.
Therefore CitroenAir (Jorieke Bogers) is a grifter company, that steals clients money... I would never recommend this company. And will contact Franke upper management.
