Hello Hypeboost Team,
My Hypeboost seller account has been blocked, preventing access to my dashboard.
Before the block, I completed a sale through your platform under Order ID 3590230. The sneakers were shipped to Hypeboost and successfully delivered and accepted. Despite the sale being completed, payment has not been issued.
I have proof of shipment, delivery, and the completed sale for Order ID 3590230.
I am formally requesting that you do one of the following within 7 days: 1. Release the outstanding payment for Order ID 3590230, or 2. Provide a written explanation for the account block and a clear date on which payment will be made.
Blocking account access while retaining proceeds from a completed sale is unacceptable. If this matter is not resolved within the timeframe above, I will escalate the issue through payment processors, consumer protection authorities, and legal channels.
Please confirm receipt of this message and advise on immediate next steps.
