NovaCustom

Nova Customs has been a dream to buy from, they had everything and more that I needed from a laptop and their customer support was nice and truly cared about getting the product to me as fast as they could. The people who built the laptop also truly cared about the process and it came exactly as I asked in about 2 1/2 weeks. Would buy from them again.

The laptop I purchased immediately proved to be of exceptional quality, both in terms of components and in meeting my specific requirements—all of which were fully satisfied. I was also thoroughly pleased with the value for money. I started working on it right away, and everything is easily accessible with just a screwdriver, with no major obstacles. Over time, I plan to implement various software and hardware upgrades; meanwhile, regarding cybersecurity, it starts at a level unmatched by the competition—providing an ideal foundation for testing and studying the field. I highly recommend buying from them, whether you are a cybersecurity enthusiast or simply looking for a machine with top-quality components, assembled in Europe, at a great price.

I bought my laptop in January 2026. Dealing with Novacustom was simple, pleasant, and zero issues. when purchasing I made a small mistake of ordering Pop OS as the main OS this was MY MISTAKE and not Novacustom's but re imaging the PC to Debian 13 was simple flawless and no issues. I would have no reservations recommending any products from novecustom. I wish this company the best and I will recommend and purchase additional laptops in time. The warranty and guarantee offered is amazing. The amount of accessories available is amazing too. I give 4.5 out of 5 ONLY because I hope they keep up the good work and add additional features in the future.

I am a COMPTIA A+ and N+ certified technician. Commercially available notebooks remain quite limited. I was looking for a place where I could obtain a more capable and flexible unit when your website came to my attention. You seemed to understand what an outstanding computer should be like. I ordered exactly what I needed, and it arrived as promised. Having tried all the features in real-life use, I am greatly pleased. You have done an excellent job.

Customer service was responsive per additional setup questions.

I did make an inquiry just to double-check on my order, and NovaCustom's reply proved prompt & accurate.

Top-notch from start to finish

Works flawlessly and is everything you could ever hope it to be.

I really trust novacustoms and their customer promise to protect peoples privacy. No NSA contract, no backdoor, everything actually as it should be. AI hackers of the future have no chance against this laptop. Good Luck Palantir with this one. Fast, quiet and modular. I like it a lot. Qubes without the right machiene is not the full qubes experience.

I can make it be the way I want it to be.

Everything is great so far. I love the laptop and qubes OS. Tristin was very helpful. Only hiccup was the shipping process but once I got the laptop I really like it.

NovaCustom delivers high-quality laptops with genuinely well-thought-out engineering: the cooling solution is solid, the component layout makes logical sense, and the modularity is a real plus. The keyboard surprised me — it's actually good. And finally, a touchpad that doesn't fight me under Qubes OS. That alone is worth mentioning. What sets NovaCustom apart beyond the hardware is the company itself. Their communication is professional yet refreshingly human — they respond on Signal, and we managed to work things out smoothly even when certain components were hard to source globally. That kind of flexibility and transparency is rare. I'd recommend NovaCustom without hesitation. And if you're a Linux user still clinging to your ThinkPad... I honestly don't know what you're waiting for :D

Hello! I'm not understand why in laptop for $3000 don't have Capslock indicator ligth on/off. How I know what letter know is swich on? Also, why I can't choose the quantity of USB-ports? In my old Asus laptop for $300 has 3 USB-ports.. so why here only 2 USB-ports?

Een DOA (Dead On Arrival).

Danke an novacustom.
