The people who built the laptop also truly cared about the process and it came exactly as I asked in about 2 1/2 weeks. Would buy from them again.

The laptop I purchased immediately proved to be of exceptional quality, both in terms of components and in meeting my specific requirements—all of which were fully satisfied. I was also thoroughly pleased with the value for money. I started working on it right away, and everything is easily accessible with just a screwdriver, with no major obstacles. Over time, I plan to implement various software and hardware upgrades; meanwhile, regarding cybersecurity, it starts at a level unmatched by the competition—providing an ideal foundation for testing and studying the field. I highly recommend buying from them, whether you are a cybersecurity enthusiast or simply looking for a machine with top-quality components, assembled in Europe, at a great price.

I bought my laptop in January 2026. Dealing with Novacustom was simple, pleasant, and zero issues. when purchasing I made a small mistake of ordering Pop OS as the main OS this was MY MISTAKE and not Novacustom's but re imaging the PC to Debian 13 was simple flawless and no issues. I would have no reservations recommending any products from novecustom. I wish this company the best and I will recommend and purchase additional laptops in time. The warranty and guarantee offered is amazing. The amount of accessories available is amazing too. I give 4.5 out of 5 ONLY because I hope they keep up the good work and add additional features in the future.

I was looking for a place where I could obtain a more capable and flexible unit when your website came to my attention. You seemed to understand what an outstanding computer should be like. Everything is great so far. I love the laptop and qubes OS. Tristin was very helpful. Only hiccup was the shipping process but once I got the laptop I really like it.

NovaCustom delivers high-quality laptops with genuinely well-thought-out engineering: the cooling solution is solid, the component layout makes logical sense, and the modularity is a real plus. The keyboard surprised me — it's actually good. And finally, a touchpad that doesn't fight me under Qubes OS. That alone is worth mentioning. What sets NovaCustom apart beyond the hardware is the company itself. Their communication is professional yet refreshingly human — they respond on Signal, and we managed to work things out smoothly even when certain components were hard to source globally. That kind of flexibility and transparency is rare. I'd recommend NovaCustom without hesitation. And if you're a Linux user still clinging to your ThinkPad... Hello! I'm not understand why in laptop for $3000 don't have Capslock indicator ligth on/off. How I know what letter know is swich on? Also, why I can't choose the quantity of USB-ports? In my old Asus laptop for $300 has 3 USB-ports.. so why here only 2 USB-ports?

Overall I am very pleased with the laptop and it's performance for the price. It looks stunning and I have had no issues thus far with it. I run both windows and Ubuntu and both have been pretty seamless to get set up. I will say though that the bios is the most basic and featureless part of the process. I am normally used to tuning the bios for a week or so to get as optimal of performance out of the hardware before solidifying a linux distro/finalizing driver sets, but there really are no options to do so in this case. It's not a problem really just was not expecting it. The laptop though has been a breeze to work with and has been fantastic to use hybrid graphics. I run pretty demanding workloads on a day to day basis and usually only expect about 3 hours of usable battery life out of a 14", but I get about 5 hours after tuning my linux distro which is pretty solid when it is handling renders, modeling, numeric computations, and image editing all simultaneously. Out of the box though I was only getting 2.5 hours on linux. With windows I get about the expected 3.5 hours of battery life. Would recommend to anyone else as long as the prices stay similar considering I got custom logo and engravings. Just be ready to wait a long time if you are shipping to the US, though their team assured me they are working on speeding up that process so things may be different in the future.

I ordered a V56 with all the security features. I am in awe at how user-friendly they were able to make it considering the difficulties in on-boarding users to complex technologies; especially when they involve security. I would recommend this company if you're looking for a secure computing experience.

Tamper packaging was double or tripples per each item to include Peripherals, staff responded to emails and questions regarding shipping, great forum for hardware and software support, niche hardware and software stack options.

Novacustom sent me a laptop with a non-functioning webcam. I sent it back for a refund upon discovery of the defect three days after receiving it, which is in line with their policies, which is supposedly a "no questions asked" return if made withing 14 days. I was made to pay $400 to return the defective machine, despite it being broken when I received it. Once they received the laptop, they refused to give me a full refund since the webcam didn't work. tldr; Novacustom sent defective merchandise and refused to refund my money even though I returned the machine well within the return window.

Everything was packed well, clear instructions were included, everything works as expected
