J'ai passé une première commande sur ce site sans le connaître, mais tout s'est bien passé. J'ai commandé sans problème, j'ai payé par Paypal, un vendredi et j'ai reçu mon ordinateur le jeudi suivant dans un relais UPS. Le relai n'apparaissait pas sur la confirmation de commande et j'ai contacté la société par email vendredi soir et j'ai reçu une réponse le lundi, en français. Donc je suis satisfaite d'avoir pu acheter un ordinateur avec Ubuntu déjà installé (même si j'ai été un peu déstabilisée par la version 20.04 que je trouve très moche par rapport à la 16.04... mais ceci est une autre histoire !)

The advice before the purchase was factually very well-founded, questions were answered promptly and in detail. After ordering and paying, we were immediately kept informed of the status of the order. We have ordered a laptop from the PC50 series with its own brand and boot logo, dual boot and changes in graphic card, processor, extended memory, an additional power supply and the USB with primary OS. The laptop was ready to be shipped after only 2 days and could be received within 10 days of ordering. The shipping packaging was excellent, the service with UPS worked perfectly, no import fees or GST payments were required before delivery, everything was already included in the price. The laptop came with a leaflet with important notes, such as: password for Linux, shortcuts for optimal cooling, tips to improve the service life of the battery and many more hints and advice. We also received a booklet with comprehensive instructions for use and a DVD with drivers, utilities and user manual and a small microfiber cloth, presumably for removing fingerprints on the screen and housing. As for the laptop itself, it can be said that it makes a very solid impression, everything works as expected, the logo is neatly engraved, and all in all it meets our requirements and expectations. It is also noteworthy that the installed software only contains software that is required for the basic operation of the laptop or that was ordered during the ordering process, no annoying freeware or bloatware. At this point in time, however, we cannot provide any information on the reliability and suitability for everyday use, as we have only had the laptop for a few days and are now preparing it for the use with us. After initial skepticism, however, we can say that we are completely satisfied with the service. The price on the website may seem high at first, but given all of the above, it's worth every penny. Our tip to the NovaCustom team, keep it up and don't be blinded by success.

This is a great new company. The whole process went smoothly, and I'm really enjoying my new laptop. Being able to customize your laptop PC the same way you would a tower is a great possibility, especially when you don't want or need all the "flashiness" that the high-end consumer laptops come stock with.

Der Service war nach meinem Gefühl erste Sahne. Top Beratung und sehr hohe Kompetenzen vorhanden. Es gibt nicht zu beanstanden. Würde ohne wenn und aber NovaCustom jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

Een duidelijke site. Goede informatie. Voldoende keuze mogelijkheden voor het samenstellen. Misschien iets aan de prijs. Info over de laptop en de keuze mogelijkheden prima in orde. Fijn ook dat je direct kunt zien of een bepaalde keuze voorradig is. Een makkelijk en duidelijk proces van samenstellen tot bestellen en ontvangen. Alle informatie zoals KvK-nummer, telefoon, adres op de thuispagina: compliment. Aflevering ook helemaal in orde. Wijze van verpakking is goed. De laptop voldoet aan mijn eisen en ziet er ook nog eens fraai uit

Versandt trotz Logo-Gravur zügig und Top! Logo-Gravur sieht wunderschön und überraschend detailreich aus! Hardware Top! Kontakt und Support Top! Bei der Konfiguration des Notebooks und im Warenkorb war ein Versandt von 1-2 Werktagen angegeben. Nach drei Tagen wurde das Gerät dann tatsächlich für den Versandt angemeldet. Ich nehme an, dass das an der bestellten Gravur lag. Das Notebook war also inklusive Gravur nach 5 Werktagen bei mir. Diese Zeit empfinde ich für ein Custom-Gerät zügig und vorbildlich! Die Logo-Gravur auf dem Deckel des Notebooks hat mich ebenfalls positiv überrascht. Das eingesendete Logo hat viele Fransen, feine Linien und winzige kleckse ( >1mm). Diese winzigen Details kommen sehr schön zu Geltung und allgemein wirkt das Erscheinungsbild des Gehäuses und der Gravur sehr hochwertig. Die Treiber waren leider nicht auf dem aktuellen Stand. Hierfür habe ich mich über WhatsApp bei dem Support gemeldet. Der Kontakt war emotionslos und kurz angebunden, aber sehr effektiv! Hier kann ich mich nur für die schnelle und kompetente Zusammenarbeit bedanken! Sehr gerne wieder und außerdem definitiv zu empfehlen!

J'ai été très satisfait de l'emballage du matériel et la rapidité de la livraison (48h) soit 5j entre la commande et la réception. Merci beaucoup. La finition du produit est nickel, les choix opérés respectés y compris le partitionnement du SSD que j'avais demandé. Petits bémols : - je trouve que le temps de démarrage un peu long (je m'attendais à mieux) mais reste correct (env. 30s) - le son du PC est dirigé vers le bas ce qui l'étouffe quand il est posé

Het feit dat dit bedrijf pro - linux is sprak mij als eerste aan. Ik wilde aanvankelijk kijken naar een System76 laptop maar dit is een Amerikaans bedrijf met mogelijk lastige zaken als iets niet lekker loopt. Dus was ik gaan zoeken naar een nederlands bedrijf met Linux op een laptop. Toen ik bij NovaCustoms kwam was ik zeer aangenaam verrast door de mogelijkheden die zij bieden! Behalve de uitgebreide configuratie mogelijkheden die zij bieden heb ik door goed contact ook een custom "super" key bij ze laten maken voor mijn nieuwe werkpaard. Zeker een aanrader! Mooie afgewerkte machine, met nagenoeg ideale configuratie. Het enige wat ik mis, ook zelf niet om gevraagd, is de mogelijkheid om niet een RGB keyboard te kiezen maar een Full/per key RGB keyboard. Verder echt geen spijt van deze aankoop en zou het proces zo weer doorlopen voor een nieuwe!

Exactly as I ordered it with custom logo and all. I'm a bit hesitant at first due to bad experience with other websites before but NovaCustom is a great experience. I can definitely recommend.

Hallo, Sinds kort ben vla NovaCustom de trotse eigenaar van een Clevo NS50MU. De levering was keurig op tijd. Wat ik jammer vind, is dat ik het NovaCustom-logo niet weg krijg uit het opstartscherm. Ook mis ik aanduiding voor CAPSLOK. Voor de rest PRIMA.

Mit diesem Freund und seinen Erfa mit bestellen einen Laptop bestellt. Lieferzeit Bestellung Lieferung war gut. Nur der Stecker war nicht Schweiz sondern Deutsch. Installation mit linux war problemlos. Laptop funktioniert gut. Gruss Samuel Fröhlich

Sehr gute Rechenleistung und optimal als Anwender-PC.

Auch mit Mühe kann ich keinen Anlass zur Kritik finden. Angefangen von der detaillierten und komfortablen Konfiguration über den Bestellvorgang, die persönliche Kommunikation, die Berücksichtigung von Sonderwünschen, das Bearbeitungstempo und natürlich das fertige Produkt ist alles erstklassig gelaufen! Der Laptop kam solide verpackt und exakt wunschgemäß hier an, und alles hat sofort funktioniert.

Nachdem mein bisheriger Laptop ausgefallen war, brauchte ich schnellstmöglich Ersatz, um mit Linux profuktiv arbeiten zu können, ohne mich um Partitionen, Systeminstallationen Windows als Zweitbetriebssystem und so Zeug zu kümmern. Der Laptop war fertig zum Loslegen, mit all meinen Sonderwünschen, und schnell geliefert. So geht das!

Top personalisiertes Gerät zu einem fairen Preis. Sehr schnelle Lieferung. Das war schon unser 2. Laptop und wird mit Sicherheit nicht unser letzter gewesen sein.

1) Installation en dual-boot (Win & Linux) comme demandé, en ce compris les différentes partitions Linux (/ & /home & /swap) ainsi que Windows (2 partitions NTFS, 1 partition FAT & 1 partition libre) 2) Communication avec le SAV vraiment très réactif, dans la même journée. 3) Le plus est l'installation de programmes en plus de Windows (ex putty, notepad++, ...)

Der Shop bietet vielfältigste Konfigurations-Möglichkeiten – und sie wurden perfekt ausgeführt. Das Notebook ist einwandfrei, die beiliegenden Infos durchdacht und hilfreich… Unglaublich: mittags bestellt, am Nachmittag des nächsten Tages konnten wir schon mit dem neuen Gerät arbeiten! Danke!
