Der Shop bietet vielfältigste Konfigurations-Möglichkeiten – und sie wurden perfekt ausgeführt. Das Notebook ist einwandfrei, die beiliegenden Infos durchdacht und hilfreich… Unglaublich: mittags bestellt, am Nachmittag des nächsten Tages konnten wir schon mit dem neuen Gerät arbeiten! Danke!

Ich bin mit dem Laptop sehr zufrieden. Die Zusammenstellung war unkompliziert und sehr übersichtlich. Das Gerät läuft einwandfrei und war nach wenigen Tagen durch UPS geliefert. Den nächsten Laptop werde ich auch hier kaufen.

It took me 2 weeks to analyze the market for a new laptop, with 2 main concerns as requirements: a device really dedicated to Linux, and the provider being a small company. NovaCustom was selected at the end of the process, and I'm very satisfied by my choice: - handy website for the specific configuration of the laptop; - impressively swift delivery (ordered on Sunday afternoon, received next Tuesday around noon in Belgium!); - the device was packaged with care; - brief but valuable documentation attached; - the material must be tested in the long term, but the laptop gives a solid impression of high quality; - the customer service is really responsive (issue with RJ-45 port, never seen such a system: the team even sent me a video showing the secure way to plug the cable!). Cela fait plusieurs années que je n'ai plus d'ordinateur portable car je ne trouvais pas ce que je voulais : - Un ordinateur sans windows; - Un ordinateur portable puissant (mini 16 GB de ram, avec un bon CPU); - Un clavier QWERTY US; - Un prix raisonnable. J'avais essayé de voir du coté des marques connues mais la configuration que je souhaitais était hors de prix. J'ai découvert récemment NovaCustom, en cherchant sur internet, et j'ai tout de suite trouvé la configuration que je voulais pour un prix abordable, et j'ai décidé de commander. Ne connaissant pas la marque j'étais méfiant, mais comme on peut payer avec Paypal, je me suis senti tout de suite beaucoup plus en confiance. Moins d'une semaine après, il était chez moi, prêt à l'emploi, avec l'essentiel, et depuis j'en suis très content. La machine est puissante, bien finie. Ma compagne doit changer d'ordinateur et je pense que je recommanderai chez NovaCustom sans hésiter, parce que c'est rapide, qualitatif, et surtout à des prix raisonnables.

- Le site est très clair. - Le service client au top (on est informé à chaque étape de la fabrication du PC par WhatsApp) - S'il y a un soucis de compatibilité le staff est très réactif et fourni une solution rapide et efficace dans impacter en mal les performances du PC. - Même après avoir reçu le PC, le service client nous répond et nous aide quand on a un soucis dans l'installation d'un logiciel ou autre n'ayant pas de rapport direct avec leur configuration (Installation d'un dual boot par exemple). Franchement une super expérience, si le PC tient la route je recommanderai sur ce site à l'avenir.

Nach der Bestellung wird man über den Status der Herstellung und des Lieferstatus permanent auf dem Laufenden gehalten. Mein Laptop war innerhalb weniger Tage gebaut und zuverlässig per UPS geliefert worden.

Nach dem zusammenstellen in einem sehr guten Onlineshop war die Bestellung Blitz schnell fertig gestellt und Versand das ganze hat nicht mal zwei Tage gedauert. Superservice ich kann es nur empfehlen

Le portable fonctionne très bien et l'aide du service après-vente a permis de trouver des solutions par rapport à des équipements tiers.

Ich habe mir einen Ultrabook NS51 bestellt. Läuft sehr gut und ist jeden Tag im Einsatz.

Kurze Lieferzeit, alles wie bestellt. Zum empfehlen. Wenn der Langzeittest überzeugt kaufe ich den nächsten Laptop auch bei NovaCustom.

Great product. Responsive email support before and after purchase. No M$ Windows burn out. Personally I like the keyboard, but it is not so easy to get used for the new layout after switching from Lenovo.

Bei NovaCustom habe ich ein auf meine Wünsche zusammenstellbares Notebook zur Verwendung mit Linux gefunden. Fragen dazu wurden sofort und kompetent beantwortet. Es bestand ein wirklich netter Kontakt. Einen Tag nach der Bestellung stand das Notebook bereits auf meinem Tisch. Technische Rückfragen wurden umgehend beantwortet und sehr zuvorkommende Lösungen zur Installation und Einrichtung angeboten. Ich bin äußerst zufrieden und kann und werde (und habe auch schon) NovaCustom vollumfänglich weiter empfehlen.

Good laptop all around: - With a quick benchmark test, the hardware returned positive results. - The laptop case has good quality. - It arrived sooner than expected! - Keyboard backlight didnt change with keyboard shortcuts, but I received on physical paper both the instructions to fix it and the reason why this might happen!! - Customer Support is quick and on point. Only negative was that the Ram is the 2666MHz and not the faster 3200 MHz.

Funktioniert alles perfekt. Lediglich die Klappe des Brenners ist schwergängig und hakt leicht.

I was reluctant about ordering from a company that wasn't one of the big names. But after playing with their configurator, having a chat with one of their team about my configuration, I decided to take a chance and order my laptop from them. I am very happy with my shiny new laptop. If I ever need another laptop, I will reach out to this company. Highly recommended. Gerät ist nicht nur sehr schnell geliefert worden, sondern für mich als Linux-User ein hervorragendes Gerät. Es sind sogar die schnellen Grafikkarten lieferbar, was für den Betrieb mit Blender ein wichtiger Faktor ist. Gute Verarbeitung und einwandfreier Betrieb sorgt für gute Laune. Super!

Matériel reçu rapidement, exactement à la date demandé. Le PC est exactement comme, je l'ai configuré, avec une petite explication écrite dans un Français impeccable. Bref très sérieux.

Warenlieferung ( Notebook NP50D ) einwandfrei in sehr guter Verpackung und ohne lange Wartezeit. Das Notebook mit Linux-System sauberes Material und funktionierte sofort. Ein von mir selber verursachtes Problem mit dem LED-Keyboard wurde nach 3 Mails von Wessel ( Danke ! ) innerhalb von 3 Tagen durch Anleitungen und Skript gelöst. Das ist ein hervorragender Service! In allen Punkten sehr zu empfehlen.

Man bekommt genau das, worauf man geachtet hat. Auch die Vorinstallation der Betriebssysteme und die Hinweise bei der Inbetriebnahme sind hilfreich. Der Support im Falle von Problemen mit der Installation ist kompetent, ein Fehler wurde in akzeptabler Zeit behoben. Leider wurde auf eine Nachfrage nicht mehr reagiert - deshalb 1 Stern Abzug

Laptop is and works as advertised. Good job. -1 Would be nice if it was ticker (e.g. Ethernet port is fold out, which in my experience breaks after 3 months if you plug and unplug the cable approx 6x per day). +1 Quick feedback from the seller when I asked if >7mm HDD would fit
