I recently purchased the wooden toy kitchen at full price. Days later the item was reduced in the Black Friday sales. Having not opened my original delivery I asked to return my item and repurchase at the discounted rate. I received a speedy response to say that Petit Amelie would refund the difference to my card, without having to return and reorder. Evi was really helpful, friendly and prompt in her replies and therefore made my first experience of this company a really positive one. I have since opened the box and the kitchen has now been built - it looks perfect for my little girl’s Christmas present and I’m sure she will have lots of fun playing with it. I would definitely recommend Petit Amelie to others and will look forward to making further purchases in the future.

I ordered a kitchen for my daughter’s 1st birthday and sadly was missing just a small part. I emailed petite Amélie and the very next day they dispatched a whole new kitchen to me and arranged for the first one to be collected. I was very anxious about not receiving the part to begin with but they responded every time I emailed so quickly and were so so helpful. The kitchen is absolutely stunning and I’m so glad I ordered! I bought a "circus toddle truck" for my one year old's birthday. The instructions say "not suitable for learning to walk," which is great for a push along toy for a baby... The actual toy is of the worst quality of construction imaginable. It is built in the manner of Ikea flatpack furniture, is weak and fragile, and entirely unsuitable for a young child. In the bin already.

I recently bought a toddler bed and mattress and a children’s table and chairs and received excellent customer service. I accidentally bought the bed and mattress separately, instead of opting for the bundle which was slightly cheaper. I contacted the company and was refunded the difference and items dispatched the same day. Received everything within 24 hours and the products and quality are perfect. Highly recommend

A lovely kitchen. My granddaughter is thrilled with it. It is great quality and at a good price. Delivery was very quick.

The bed and under drawer arrived quickly and are absolutely beautiful. Sadly we had a broken plank of wood for the under drawer storage but the customer service team (Evi particually) was brilliant and arranged for a replacement part to be sent out very quickly. Thanks so much for your help, a very happy customer.

The ordering process, delivery service and product are first class. The foldable cot is spot on for our needs and is easy to assemble and foldaway when space is of the essence. Petite Amelie definitely has my recommendation.

This product is dangerous in my opinion. Whilst my granddaughter was rocking on her Alpaca it tipped over and she fell into a TV cabinet causing a sever laceration to her mouth which required medical attention. She is 2 so is very stable so this can’t be attributed to her being unsteady or unsupervised as her mum was sat with her when this happened. Very grateful that her injury wasn’t as bad as it could have been!

Purchased a play kitchen for my daughter’s birthday and have had nothing but problems. Initially they provided the wrong parts so I wrote an email and was advised this part could be sent out if I could provide the batch number. Upon locating the batch number, this didn’t exist so I was advised that a new kitchen would be sent out but I would have to dismantle and return my old kitchen so that this could be checked over. Weeks went on and I heard NOTHING. When I chased I was advised that apparently this wasn’t said and it was said that I’d have to return my kitchen before receiving a new one despite the fact that it was their fault for sending out the wrong part?!!!! So I’m expected to leave my child without her toy because Petite Amelie sent me out the wrong item?! Fast forward almost a month and I am still without the correct part of my daughter kitchen?! The function of the kitchen doesn’t actually work because I was sent the wrong part. I have been asking to speak with a manager for the last 2 weeks and have now been told the manager is “unavailable but will contact me”. There is nothing to suggest when or what the resolution will be. Petite Amelie’s unique selling point is that the items are “made by a mum” yet surely a mum can understand the struggles of having to get rid of a toy that their child is playing with? Long story short, the customer service is poor, my issue still isn’t resolved and my daughter has a kitchen that cannot be used properly because I was sent the wrong item. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
