Fantastic service as usual, I rarely have to contact support, the odd time I have had to, and today was one, Ian was extremely prompt and courteous with his replies to my queries, rapid and informative from the outset, the issue was acknowlegded and remedied.

I’ve been using SmartDNSProxy for some years now. Very occasionally an entertainment provider stops working but in each case customer service resolved the issue quickly and easily. Recently Ian C. solved a problem literally within seconds of my providing screenshots. Couldn’t be happier with the service and I consider it excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

I have been with Smart DNS for at least 3 years. Anytime to you email them with a problem they come back to you very quickly but its rare to have an issue. I live in Ireland and getting access to BBC I Player and ITV X plus American Apps is great

Have used SmartDNS Proxy for 5 years now and its always worked as it should. So much easier and more universal than a VPN as I can easily set my home router to distribute the DNS Server to all my LAN devices and still can use it on the go if I like. Ive also never had the speed throttle down like I used to with a VPN. Another advantage is I never need to think about connecting or disconnecting it its just always there, and barely ever have to update it. Ive had a few minor issues but support is the best ive had, very prompt and always a more than satifactory resolution.

One of the best customer services I ever had to deal with. If you know what they provide then you know that every once in a while we get blocked and Smart DNS Proxy has to come to the rescue. This happens, I'm OK with that, what makes them better is the customer service. WOW! Always within 24 hours my problem is fixed with people who know what they are talking about. Thank You!

I have been customer for smart dns since almost a year changing it from another dns provider , I think now I can say that smart DNS is the best in both service and quality of there sever which cover almost all the streaming platforms from Uk and USA to Australia. Amazing . If you thinking of the dns or vpn service they are the best
