VerbeterpuntenWorst experience ever with a company. On Friday June 3rd, I ordered same day delivery. Paid extra changed my schedule around, and sat at home for 2.5 hours. Decided to call Dynalogic and got a very unpleasant, unapologetic rep on the other end who said they were 'not delivering anything tonight' and gave no explanation. They said they would make sure to deliver first thing on Saturday. Too late because I ordered it for an event on Friday evening!
So I waited Saturday morning for another 3 hours at home, changed my schedule around and AGAIN! nobody showed up. I called the delivery company once again, spent 20 minutes on hold costing me more money, and they said the delivery was LOST! Outrageous! I waisted 7 hours of my weekend waiting on you guys and spent lots of money on hold with Dyanlogic. I cancelled the order and told you guys I wanted to pick up the beamer in store in Amsterdam because I couldn't wait any longer. A rep told me that would be fine and then on Sunday I found out the beamer wasn't available in the shop!!! THEN, wait for it, I saw via the tracking number that my order had not in fact been cancelled and is on track to deliver this week!!!! AFTER I CANCELLED IT! WHAT kind of Mickey Mouse club are you guys running. How did your founder win the LOEY Awards!? How is your company even surviving with this kind of customer service.
