I ordered the product around 11pm, next morning around 10am it was at the door. Such a fast delivery, and nice delivery staff really requires cheers! I love buy experience with Coolblue! Great company, great staff, high privilege customer experience!

The app and website work wonderfully together. I order via website and if I want to pick it up or check status, the app on my phone just does that with very few taps.

Using DHL for delivery of expensive product is a bad idea. DHL often drops products wrong locations and they leave products outside. I was very disappointed.

Amazing online experience - great help with selecting the correct product and easy to purchase Delivered next day on time as advertised - perfect. P.S. Went to the Rotterdam central store twice to look at the product physically - wasnt even greeted at the store and recieved no assistance on both occasions.... was great to be able to view the product but may as well send the store assitants home
