We were not at home but the package was dropped af our doorstep by DHL.
Retouren twv 1000+ eur raken zoek, PostNL geeft retour afgeleverd aan, Bol beweerd niet te hebben ontvangen maar tekent af in bulk ontvangst. Oftewel: Coolblue is het zoek of medewerker van Coolblue heeft het gejat en de koper mag ervoor opdraaien. Veel over dit soort praktijken te lezen op oa Tweakers. Mij ook overkomen helaas met product van 1300 EUR dat retour ging.

The products is good. when I order the fridge it was doorstep delivery but the delivery company say that it's not allowed, they left it in front of the building and left. It was one floor.

That’s not the experience we want you to have. For American-style fridges, we unfortunately don’t deliver them up the stairs. This is clearly mentioned on our website during the order process, but we understand it might still come as an unpleasant surprise. This is due to the size and the weight of these products. Ik had een cadeaubon gebruikt bij mij bestelling, maar deze werd eerst niet goed omgezet. Hierdoor kreeg ik een mail met de vraag om nog een bedrag te betalen. Opnieuw ingelogd en zag ik dat het toch goed gegaan was. Helaas is dit nooit bevestigd per mail. Eenmaal kreeg ik mijn bestellen van €600 via DHL en hiervoor was ook geen speciale bezorgservice. Mijn pakje werd beneden aan de trap van mijn complex neergelegd zonder dat ik het hoefde te tekenen. Bij andere bedrijven krijg ik een qr-code die de bezorger van mijn telefoon moet scannen bij leveren. Dat geeft bij dure aankopen een veel beter en veiliger gevoel. Dit is ook de reden dat ik niet nog is zal bestellen bij coolblue.
From start to finish all went smooth , driver was very nice and helped to bring the fridge to the first floor.
Alles ging zoals het moet als je iets online besteld maar ik zou wel willen aangeven om een extra algemene doos om het product te zetten.

This is for third time in West when I had to wait for at least 20 minutes to pickup my order while watching Coolblue’s employees talking between each other and having fun while the store was almost empty. It’s not happening in Zuid only in West.

I ordered a washer and dryer set. On the initial delivery, the guys damaged the washing machine. The next day, they brought a replacement and while installing the new washing machine, they damaged the dryer. Now, when trying to make a THIRD attempt, customer service tells me the dryer is out of stock and not coming back but will help me pick out a new one. Which is not very helpful when it is a matching set. Now I need to replace both and pick out a whole new set... Everyone was really friendly- delivery guys and customer service, but that doesn't take away from how incredibly frustrating and horrible this experience has been.

I ordered a product on Saturday with the expectation to receive the product on Sunday. Alas, it was just a hope. DHL simply didn't attempt a delivery on Sunday and marked that I was not home. Then they redirected the packet to a locker box and then took 3 days to share the code with me. There was no redressal to the problem either from DHL or Coolblue.nl. the locker was very far from my house. Very bad experience
