Absolute garbage experience ordering for next day delivery. The delivery person can, apparently, not reach my house and rescheduled a delivery that I urgently need today as I am travelling tomorrow. This is utter nonsense and an outright lie, there are multiple routes to my address, and I received a different delivery from a different company while on hold with Coolblue's customer services. The customer service representatives were utterly unhelpful in resolving the issue, pushing to reschedule the delivery to tomorrow at an unconfirmed time, and I had, unbelievably, to give them directions to my address over the phone - - DO YOUR DELIVERY PARTNERS NOT KNOW HOW TO USE GPS?? This is forcing me to make changes to travel plans because Coolblue cannot or will not honour their agreement to have the delivery done today. This is utterly unacceptable, first the lie, and second the unwillingness to take steps to honour their agreement. But, I've paid right, so you have my money and I should just live with the fact that you are in a position to do as you please. This is the last time I will do any business with this company, and I do not recommend them.

Delivery went fine. I had expected a forwarning from the driver when he was 10-30 minutes out. DHL service should add that. Delivery person was very kind. I had ordered a pack of A4 printing paper. Only about one/third of the pack was usable. The reminder has a fold on each page due to poor packaging or some oteh rtransport reason.

De klantenservice van Coolblue is hoe het hoort en hoe het ooit was, voor de sprinkhaanplaag die Amazon heet.. Tweedekans koelkast besteld, volgens de website onbeschadigd. Bleek bij aflevering toch beschadigd te zijn. Gebeld naar de klantenservice waar ik een alleraardigste Vlaamse man aan de lijn kreeg. Voordat ik er überhaupt zelf om hoefde te vragen kreeg ik gewoon een nieuwe koelkast, voor de prijs van een tweedekansje. En dat is waarom ik altijd klant zal blijven, ook als ze niet de goedkoopste zijn. Helden!

packed my old TV in its original packaging (also purchased from Coolblue). The delivery person was visibly unhappy about the packaging and made it abundantly clear — with great dramatic flair — that this was apparently the worst thing to ever happen to him in his entire life. Really????

Very recommended website to buy things
Submitted my order on Thursday morning, delivery was promised on Friday, but my order has still not been delivered 3 days later. Courier (DHL) says it has no knowledge of the order. Unable to contact an actual person, just the automated chat. I have had to postpone the person who was going to install everything tomorrow - so this has not only inconvenienced me but also the installation guy. Deeply dissatisfied

Somebody along the way broke the cooktop (the glass was smashed). It was probably PostNL.. Upon opening the box and seeing the damage it wasn't such a surprise as there was no foam padding on two sides of the box.. This is likely a supplier issue though and not directly something that Coolblue controls...

In de app moeten ze duidelijker maken dat een kook induction plaat met los snoer komt. Zonder stekker is duidelijk maar in mijn geval had ik de oude plaat eerder moeten verwijderen en de oude kabel eraf moeten halen. De nieuwe kabel was 50cm te kort en de oude kabel miste ik want die was meegegaan met de oude kapotte plaat toen Cool blue de nieuwe kwam brengen
