my experience with coolblue has been always great but this time monitor has stuck/dead pixel!

I have observed one black dead pixel which is indeed disturbing while working specifically in white board which is my working environment. thanks for your support in advance.

Non-delivery of goods

I ordered a phone on 28/07/2025 with the following order number 90605007 and tracking number: JVGL0624229100604876. I subsequently received an email saying that it would be delivered on 29/07/2025 between 08:00 and 22:00 which forced to remain home on that day. Now, on the DHL website, it said that it would be delivered between 10:00 and 18:00 then it went back to display "planning is being made" and the following message is attached "Delivery interrupted, the parcel is delayed for one or two days". On parcelapp.com, it says on both 29/07/2025 and 30/07/2025 that the parcel is missing. My question is when will my parcel be delivered ? Being without a phone is quite constraining as I cannot authenticate or confirm payments online, or have access to governmental services (without DigiD). This is quite an urgent matter and I have not received any feedback nor update from your side or DHL. I would like to give a good review but my experience so far is quite horrendous. I also think that I am entitled to a compensation due to the constraint imposed by this delay. Delayed delivery - no explanation.

I ordered for a Sunday delivery, DHL then confirmed a Monday delivery. Then DHL said there would be a 1-3 working day delay. It is now Wed and I have no idea when delivery will be made. If you offer the deliberate and specific option of a Sunday delivery, make sure your courier can fulfill your commitment. This is for a robot mower as I work abroad in the week - this delay means the garden will grow too long for the robot to cope with and I have to find another mower (which I don’t own - because I bought a robot) and now mow manually, in addition to setting up the new robot on arrival. Waited 45min in an overstaffed store

I rocked up to the cool blue on the bilderbijkstraat, there were about 10 staff on and only about 10 customers in the store when I got there. No increase us at the door so we had no idea that we had to actually ‘check in’, in order to be served. So we already waited 10 minutes to be looked after, but no one acknowledged us. After checking in, we realize that we were fifth in the line having already been there ahead of most of the customers that were arriving, so to make it faster. I went online and bought the item that we were looking to buy anyway, and it still took 20 minutes to simply walk up to the counter and make a 30 second transaction. There should be some sort of system in place for the people who want to pick up or come in buy and leave, rather than stand around and talk for 30 minutes and then not buy something. There are actually customers who have stuff to do and can’t wait that long.

Disappointing delivery

Delivery was handed to PostNL which moved the parcel to a distant and inconvenient pickup point, despite I have a different one configured in PostNL. I expected home delivery for this product because the box is pretty big

A long wait, inefficient system but nice staff.

I came in to pick up a simple order but it took an unexpected long time due to the signing in system. I think it works for bigger consults, but i just had to pick up an already paid for SD card for someone. The staff was kind though.

Excellent return and replacement

I had a bluebuilt keyboard from which some of the keys had become loose. I simply filled a quick form in online and was sent details on how to post the keyboard back to coolblue (at no cost to myself). A brand new replacement keyboard arrived a few days later. Can't ask for more than that.
