
De omschrijving die bij het artikel stond was niet juist. Er zit geen oplaadstation of oplaadstandaard bij. Alleen een usb adapter en usb kabel. Als je het ding wilt opladen dan moet je het ding op zijn kant leggen. Gebeld met de klantenservice...en na wat wikken en wegen was het antwoord dat de omschrijving fout was bij het artikel. Geen compensatie, niets. Vandaar maar 2.5 sterren.

Had een pakket besteld. Op de zondag bezorgmoment gemist. Vervolgens is het pakket niet geleverd bij een DHL punt maar gelijk retour gedaan naar coolblue. Heb hier niet om gevraagd en had het pakket hard nodig voor school. Niet tevreden

With Ordernummer: 91486541, even if I initially was told that that the product AEG TO64IA0AFB will be delivered SUnday, 07 SEP, I still didn't receive it (Tue, 09 SEP at noon). This caused me a great inconvenience, as I had the renovation team waiting for this so that they can mount it in our new house. I will need now to pay them extra (a lot) just to come and mount the kookplaat after it will arrive. The new time of arrival (the delay is not clear, anyway), so I cannot even plan with the renovation guys, even if I pay them a lot extra. Awful, I will reconsider buying from CoolBlue again!!!

Urgently needed to order a WiFi access point as I moved to a new place which didn’t have one (was not informed before moving). Ordered it from cool blue on Saturday. They said one day shipping. It hasn’t arrived and tracking has disappeared, stating it is delayed and they don’t know when it will arrive. I should’ve just used BOL like I usually do

DHL did not bring my package at the day promised. It has been nearly a week that I still did not get my cargo. I rescheduled the delivery but today I got an email that the driver has left my package to a delivery point. CoolBlue is great but the DHL has made all the good experience to a customer disaster.

To start with, the use of a video screen for checking in and getting waited on works better than at any other store I have ever been to. All the staff I spoke with on multiple trips to the store were very helpful and friendly. They went out of our way to make it possible for us to purchase what we needed while traveling and only being in Rotterdam briefly (we placed the order on one day and picked the product up 2 weeks later).

You send my product using DHL. I was expecting to receive the product the next day, but DHl keeps saying I'm not home when I am. It forces me to go to the pickup point. What is far from my home and very inconvenient, as the box of the product is big. You should look for another delivery company. I ahve nor certain anymore if I buy something from you if I will receve it in time
