I was sent a different model than the one I ordered. Chatted with the client service (nice and helpful), sent an email with the details as requested and still waiting for a response or solution or anything at all ever since.

Hassle-free order, payment and pick-up at the store. Very short waiting time at the store. The clerk was prompt and efficient. One caveat: I picked up a large package but was not proposed to get or puchase a bag to carry it.
Good advices given by the salesperson, very responsive and patient, offered a demo with a machine in the show room. He answered all our questions and did not force to take any decision.

I entered into a subscription contract with Coolblue expecting I would have good functioning products and proper support and that was a total mistake. What I have experienced is total incompetence and disrespect with the customer. After only 5 months of use the product broke, and after 2 weeks Cooblue is not even able to give a date to resolve the issue. They advertise that under a subscription in case a product breaks they will fix or replace it within 2 business days, but this is completely false! Even their customer service has confirmed that this is in fact not true. Yet they keep the false advertisement in their website to trick other people to enter into the subscriptions. Their customer service is also useless. They offer no solution other than the customer continue to pay for a service they are not providing while waiting for them to figure out how to resolve the issue. My honest recommendation, don't do these subscriptions. At least with your own product you can choose how you want to manage any issues that may arise. With Cooblue, you are stuck with their incompetence.

So far I like CoolBlue Good quality of products, and recognizable brands The recommendations are actually nice and accurate Price is not the cheapest, but it's worth paying CoolBlue for the next day delivery and support
I wasn't home at the moment of delivery. Instead of delivering to neighbours or parcel station, my Mac Mini was dropped next to my door, just on the street.

Very poor delivery and response

Great experience overall. The website is user-friendly, delivery was super quick, and I love that Coolblue handles the delivery themselves. Excellent value for the money.
Fast and neat delivery and great product
Extremely dissatisfied as I ordered a heavy item to be delivered to a location right next to my house. Then the item was delivered to a location that is 3km away from my house, far from public transports. PostNL refused to change delivery location or to ship to my house instead. I understand that this is an issue with the delivery service, which is outsourced by Coolblue, but Coolblue should still take responsibility for it. When talking to Coolblue, Coolblue refused to let me go to their location and pick it up myself. Best they could do was to cancel the order, but i woukd get my money back several days later. Obviously, being a 369€ order, this was very annoying - being short by 369€ and without even tge product i ordered. I ended up sorting it out myself and going to the PostNL location to pick up my order, with a lot of difficulties. This is an unacceltably low quality of service and I am very sad to have experienced this with a company that actually claims to have the product with the customer the day after purchase.
