Your people asked me to take a ticket from machine, but another one created a ticket by himself for the couple behind me. As a result, even they arrived after me they got service before me, even their name was listed on the screen after me.

Two items ordered for next day delivery but were delivered separately on different days by different couriers (CoolBlue’s own van and the postal service). If I had not been so lazy and stayed in bed on the second day when I should have been at work, I would have missed the second item.

My coffeemashine broke so I needed a new one asap. Not only that cool blue had the one I wanted for an exceptional price, also it was delivered to the store the next day ready for me to pick up immediately. In the store after checking in it took only 5 mins til it was my turn. The employee did a great job handing me over my package without waiting or complications! I am very happy with the whole process!

Peanutbutter Last week I bought a Google Chromecast streamer device. The advice was to also buy a pack of the required batteries (AAA). Annoyingly, the batteries were included in the Chromecast box, so the additional battery pack were bought unnecessarily. When installing the Chromecast streamer, an HDMI cable was required, which was not included. That would have been useful advice to buy, instead of a pack of batteries…

I ordered a blender this weekend (order ID 411767408) and it was delivered with an open box. The DHL delivery guy couldn't explain why the box was opened, as he mentioned it was handed over at the local warehouse. I am not sure if there are items missing in the order. I am kind of disappointed with such delivery service. It felt like an 2nd hand used item or even worse. I tried to contact the Coolblue customer support AI service but ended up in a loop with no luck.

So I recently had one of the most frustrating experiences with Coolblue and wanted to share it here. We ordered an HP Laptop 14-em0959nd through their website — everything seemed fine until we got an email out of nowhere saying the order had been canceled and the money would be refunded within 3 business days. No explanation whatsoever. Since Coolblue doesn't display a phone number for customer support (which is already annoying), our only option was their website chat. The agent eventually told us it was a "system error" — again, no apology, no offer to help. We then asked if there was anything they could do for us, and mentioned we'd only be able to repurchase once the refund came through. Their response? They terminated the chat. Just like that. Honestly expected better from a company that puts so much marketing into their customer service image. Going forward I'll stick with bol.com — great experience there so far.

This could have been a perfect experience but I have run into a website hiccup. The device I ordered appeared at the site when I was using the Nederlands version but not on the English version. That also created some issues while I was ordering with the basket emptying while changing languages. I am not sure if this is fixable but in the end it almost cost you a customer as I could not see the product in the English site. Apart from that everything was perfect. The device was Pocketbook Inkpad One.
