Good experience

I chose the option to pick up at the store, a little waiting time at store was okay. In the mean time I could have a look at the other nice things at the store. product is as expected of good quality and working fine.

Die ‘tweede kans’ opties zijn echt top

Mooie deal gescoord op een iMac voor bijna 20% korting. Erg blij mee! Alleen bijzonder dat het in de iMac doos verstuurd wordt naar het PostNL punt… Iedereen ziet je met je aankoop lopen. Geen fijn gevoel wat mij betreft… zou zeker discreter ingepakt mogen worden!

Delivery OK but article incomplete

The expresso machine was sold as opened and returned product but complete. Unfortunately the dosing spoon that should have been jncluded was missing. I have found no easy way of transmitting this information to CoolBlue

I was looking to get a new Tablet as my old one died on me after using it for 3 years. I went to Coolblue and I was able to find a new Tablet which fits my needs within 5 minutes. I ordered it and I went to pick it up from the store near my work the next day. The process was so easy.
