Best website both when buying and when receiving

very helpful the persons that delivered the appliance with the details and with the information how to operate the appliance.

I ordered a new hoover and paid extra to have an evening delivery but the courier didn't come and drop the package next to the post.nl. I specially buy from coolblue as they were reputed for their delivery, so i am quite disappointed.

It was promoted as next day delivery and ended up taking several days. The product is great quality.

I do orders from time to time, and I had some service issues, and my experience always good. Service and claims support is quite good, that's one of the main benefit as for me.

I ordered my earbuds after looking through multiple options. The reviews are extensive and there is not only public reviews on the page, but also expert notes on the earbuds which is a great addition. Also, there is a lot of tutorials and other information on how to use, troubleshoot and wear the earbuds. Aside from that, the delivery was extremely fast which is always welcome, and it was also very precise on the time slot given. This is not something that a lot of companies manage to do and it is very appreciated. The earbuds came in a perfect state and the delivery person was very friendly. Awesome experience

Ik ging met 1 pan van een 5-delige set naar de winkel omdat de handgreep losliet. Pannenset is nog geen jaar oud en bk heeft levenslange garantie dus naar de winkel. In de winkel kwamen ze tot de conclusie dat het niet aan te draaien was dus dat werd opsturen. Zo gezegd zo gedaan, pan opgestuurd en ik zou bericht krijgen als die gemaakt was. Helaas blijkt het niet zo eenvoudig, Coolblue heeft de regel dat de hele set opgestuurd moet worden voordat ze aan de reparatie beginnen. Best lastig, want hoe ga ik dan koken gedurende de 2,3 weken? Dat vond de telefoniste ook dus die dacht ik ga een nieuwe set reserveren zodat ik die in de winkel om kon ruilen. Prima dacht ik, ook dat bleek zo niet te mogen..dus ik naar de winkel want er werd gezegd dat de set op voorraad was, helaas kwam ik voor niks want ook dit klopte niet. Het idee was nu dat de te repareren pan eerst naar mij opgestuurd werd, dan moest ik met de oude set terugkomen en kon ik nadat de nieuwe set online door mij besteld was in de winkel komen omruilen. Best een hoop gedoe, zou toch veel makkelijker moeten kunnen denk ik zo.

Mooi concept, bestelling of uitleg van apparaten in de winkel ff wachten en dan komt er een medewerker van Coolblue jouw helpen met product wat je besteld hebt en ophaalt, of uitleg geven van een product waar jouw interesse is.

Slight damage (2 tiny dents) on back so not a problem. Fast delivery by lovely delivery people as always.

Eigenlijk niet normaal, je bestelt iets snachts rond 23.45 uur en het staat de volgende ochtend zo rond 08.30 uur voor je deur. Arme mensen die daarvoor zo moeten werken. Maar aankoop is prima voor een goede prijs en goed verpakt.

I ordered a screen and while the item should be fine the delivery wasn't. I tried to have it delivered to a pick-up point close by but instead it was changed to somewhere quite far so I need to spend a long time to get there.
