Absolutely ridiculous practice of sending a used product to a customer as they have a trial policy. Will not use the company again. This practice is done commonly in Dutch businesses - so before you come to this country, buy all your nicer household items including cosmetic products that are above 100 euros abroad to save yourself from the pain of buying and returning multiple times from multiple vendors.

I had a very nice experience the customer service at the store was amazing. the reason why I did not rate 5 stars in full is that I have the belief that nothing can be perfect. However, I had no issues when it came to my experience.

My husband and I always make a point of ordering via CoolBlue whenever we can and the reason for that is due to the service provided. Yes, it is a little more expensive however I happily pay the extra because you are so reliable, professional, helpful. I love how you receive a time slot for your delivery, you get a text message 15 mins before arrival and so far we have never found the information to be incorrect. Please never lose the service that you offer, it is what makes Coolblue the absolute pleasure to order products with.
My order 81721583 was supposed to arrive on Monday 24-Jun but I receive an email saying to is delayed and will not arrive that day. The Track and Trace link says: Delivery time is being calculated. Shipment expected, but not yet arrived at PostNL. I have no idea where my item is and when it is going to arrive. Where is my microwave? Thank you!

Ik krijg bericht dat mijn pakje onderweg is. 2 uur voordat het geleverd wordt, krijg ik bericht, dat er een probleem is. Intussen zijn we 2 weken verder en ik heb nog steeds geen bericht, wanneer mijn pakje geleverd wordt.

I am very disappointed. I was supposed to have the fridge delivered last Friday. We timed everything, including a help to lift our old fridge/freezer clean and defrosted outside the door. Only to receive an email that the delivery was cancelled. We had to throw out a lot of food and are spending the weekend with nice warm weather without a fridge. Next possible delivery is the coming Tuesday. By the time we are getting the new fridge we will have been 5 days without a fridge. There's no consideration for the type of product ordered, just looked at next possible delivery slot. If it had been anything else, I would have been more understanding, but your company needs to understand the necessity of a fridge. If you're dealing with that kind of essential goods, you have to ensure you can deliver. It looks like your problem with the truck has turned into mine and is costing my money. Unacceptable. So, ordered before 23:59h, delivered free to your house the next day, you might want to take that off your site. Your, what it seems outsourced, customer service that seems to be based in Belgium isn't even able to transfer calls to somebody that is able to look into problem cases like mine.

Graag wil ik mijn ongenoegen uiten over de service die ik heb ervaren. Ik had twee telefoons besteld, waarbij in het besteloverzicht stond aangegeven dat ik ze dezelfde dag kon ophalen. Echter, toen ik in de winkel aankwam, bleek uit de e-mail dat ik pas de volgende dag langs kon komen. De verkoper was zeer onvriendelijk en maakte een opmerking dat ik niet goed gelezen had, terwijl in het overzicht duidelijk stond dat ik de telefoons dezelfde dag kon ophalen. Dit zorgde voor verwarring en een teleurstellende winkelervaring. Uiteindelijk helemaal voor niks naar de vestiging gereden. Plus eindelijk vertrokken met een andere telefoon die 17 euro duurder is. En 1 telefoon volgens de afgesproken prijs.
