
I Bought two Dell monitors 18 days ago. While delivered, one of them was completely damaged. I returned them both immediately. But they do not refund the money. I have called them a couple of times and the customer support just says: "Wait 3-4 days and if the money is not refunded yet, call again". They is repeated a couple of times. Even when I ask why I should wait, they just say: "Just wait" and do not give me any reason for that. It has been one of my worst experiences of shopping online. I put a negative review in their website, but they did not publish it. I do not know whether this one gets published or not, but anyway I will write it. Next stop will be X (ex-twitter) and Mastodon.

Ik heb tot nu toe, en dat is heel lang, nog nooit misgeschoten met Coolblue. Het is mijn eerste stop op zoek naar iets, en vaak ook de laatste.
I purchased a TV set from Coolblue: - buying process is easy, fast and efficient - delivery was as promised, information was timely and most importantly the delivery was on time and with the right quality, including the courtesy and professionalism of the driver - when it comes to the price, I did not do my homework right and found out just hours after the purchase that Samsung is selling the same TV model for 150 Euro less (same free delivery option) on their website. Was seriously considering return to save on those extra 150 Euro but decided not to bother due to the additional workload. It would be great to have lowest price guaranteed especially when the difference is over 15%.
I ordered my item to be delivered to a nearby PostNL pickup point (my order confirmation email correctly shows this) but it was instead delivered to a different pick-up point that is a 20+ minute drive away from me. Not only is this inconvenient, this would also be costly to pay for a taxi both ways (I do not have a car). Note that the original date that was promised by CoolBlue for the delivery had already been missed by a day, so I was already delayed in receivng the item which I had expected to already be using. Ok, shipping problems do happen, and this may have actually been the fault of PostNL rather than CoolBlue. But CoolBlue should be active to help me solve the problem. The only option I was offered by CoolBlue support is for me to wait until the item was returned to them from the (incorrect) pickup point if it was uncollected after a week. Then I wait until they receive the item back (another few days?) and wait for them to process the refund (more days?) and then re-order the item. So, let me recap: I did everything correctly, and for my reward I get to give CoolBlue a few hundred Euros of my money to keep for a few weeks. After which time they will (probably) give it back to me, and I'll be exaclty where I was before the purchase and still withouth the item that I needed to be using for those few weeks. And, the big, wealthy retailer doesn't care about the financial and administrative impact this has on it's customers. That's just not good enough from a company of this size.
I am forced to write this review because until now I had a good experience with coolblue but with my last order it has been a trauma to deal with you guys. I ordered a Soundbar along with a subwoofer and only received a subwoofer, Upon calling customer care many times they could not help for 4 days and later said the package is lost and will book a new package. The new package was booked and the next day it was immediately returned back to cool blue. They do not allow me to pick up in the store and asking to pay if again. I already paid for this order in full. There is no clarification and only confusion.

Item arrived very quickly without any problem
I ordered because they said it will be delivered tomorrow and i wanted to work over the weekend. Now its been 4 days and I still do not have the delivery.

Everything was smooth and easy with you
Ordered playstation 5 with evening delivery option. PostNL again ,without even being at the address, announced delivery failure on friday and shipment to pick-up point which is only open mo-fri till 18.00. Needing the product by Sunday this was a problem. Contacted coolblue and was advised to cancel delivery and pick up the product 70 km further in the shop. Arriving at the shop had to purchase product again despite information provided on the phone. So had to purchase twice, drive 140km, spent parking fee and time. Just for the F... PostNL (non) service. Coolblue, please pick another delivery provider !
Shipping fast, reliable, sometimes with good offers
I ordered a very expensive fridge, and also paid for installation. I have been waiting for the fridge and realized delivery time has passed. Called them and they said there was something wrong with the system and we need to reschedule the delivery . Few days later the fridge arrives but surprise ! The fridge is above 100 kg and according to the cool blue policy it cannot be brought upstairs. Surprise as I was not informed about this policy in advance. There was no way I would have known . When I asked what are the options for hiring a lift cool blue did not offer any option. Few days later I try again to schedule the delivery and hire a lift . I pay 150€ for the lift! Few hours before delivery I get and email from cool blue saying that the delivery times have changed !!!!!! All this while I informed cool blue how important the delivery time is ! I had to pay 150€ extra !!! So in total I had to pay 300€ for the lift to bring the 1200€ fridge inside !!! I tried reaching cool blue by phone 6 times today and each time an operator would answer I would be muted ! So the only thing I think of is that they blocked my number . And the cherry on the top : I just got an email being informed that they will not install the fridge anymore even though I paid for this service already and it is very difficult to get help . I am 9 months pregnant btw … they will refund the 25€ I paid for the installation but anyhow this means yet another headache for me . I vouch never to order from cool blue again .
I was e pecting the package by staying at home and was at the window looking for the delivery at the mentioned time. No one showed up at the house and I get notifications that they we missed the delivery and we have to pick up at the collection point one day later. I needed the product urgently on the same day it was promised . I'm highly disappointed with it. Information on the delivery is not trustworthy anymore.

Yeah, firstly when i came to the Netherlands i needed to buy a new phone. I went to "Mediamarkt", their service was awful, one guy didn't even spoke in English. Then i went to Coolblue and get 5-star service from the workers. I like that!
It was an easy process to buy and get my order from the store. I waited less than 5 mins before I see a Coolblue assistant to get my package. The personnel were kind to me
In fact, I wanted to buy my camera in Amazon at the beginning, because it was nearly 50 euros cheaper in Amazon, but I had to wait a week if I bought it in Amazon, so I chose coolblue. Things are good and arrive quickly, but they are much more expensive than other platforms.
Ik heb een vreselijke ervaring gehad met Coolblue, ik raad jullie allemaal aan om niets bij Coolblue te bestellen omdat je dan zonder product en zonder geld zit, Ik heb de nieuwe Samsung S23 ultra besteld toen deze uitkwam en ik heb de telefoon niet ontvangen, nadat ik contact met ze had opgenomen zeiden ze dat ze me nog een pakket zouden sturen en na een dag zeiden ze dat ze me niets meer sturen omdat het pakket is aangekomen veilig, ook al is het niet bereikt.
I had to buy a new phone and drop almost 900 euros and I want to be covered in case of any issues, and it was an excellent decision as the phone came with a smudge at the back not acceptable for brand new phone. They replaced it without asking too many questions. Great service!!! I will buy again here

I ordered Philips Airfryer XL Connected HD9280/70 from CoolBlue webite a month ago and I am still waiting for delivery (On the website, t is promised that they deliver the products the next day). Since I bought it when there was a discount, I do not want to cancel my order. I asked to change it to another product by paying the current price difference between the products. However, Coolblue wanted to charge me more than that, and I did not agree. In the meantime, the original product came in stock, and it sold out again in 15 minutes. Consequently, I still could not receive my order after waiting for 1 MONTH! This is the worst customer experience ever! I am deeply frustrated and angry against CoolBlue! After I receive my product (HOPEFULLY), I will never ever buy anything from CoolBlue! I would not suggest to anyone!

ze stuurden me een kapotte drone voor 500 euro. Na retourzending naar coolblue met de mogelijkheid om te ruilen voor nieuwe. De drone gaat ter reparatie en uiteindelijk weer terug naar mij. Betaal voor een nieuwe en krijg een kapotte met de optie om deze te repareren door wie weet wie. Zegt dat het normaal is. Ze willen niet ruilen voor een nieuwe of het geld teruggeven. Oplichters adviseren u op te passen
