Service was great and love the free coffee/tea. However we waiting for 25min for a product id already paid for, which could have been shorter.

i am an old custumer with coolblue i always liked the way the was working . but unfortunatlly last time it went verybad when i order i got email says that i will get the delivery at samy day around 10 pm at night and it can be from 7 to 10 pm so i cancelled so important things and staied home waiting be no one came later around 11 pm i got email says your delivery will be tomorrow from 8 to 11 am then i had to call my job and cansel half day just to get that delivery when i waker up morning i found another email recived around 3 am says the came between 9 to 10 am so after i got that delivery finally which was not worthing my time it was just 20 euro i did lost some events in the same day and lost 4 working hours next day. and that all happend because the give me **** time for delivery then they change thair minds 2 times which cost me time and money. plese be honest if you cant delever same day its ok just tell people because time cost money. thanks

D'r ging via de site wat mis met mijn bestelling, maar dit was via de 24/7 klantenservice binnen een uurtje allemaal verholpen en kon ik de volgende dag gewoon mijn product verwachten. Ik weet ook als er ooit iets is met mijn product dat coolblue klaar staat om mij te helpen met alle problemen die ik tegenkom. Kortom, topbedrijf.

Order today, delivered tomorrow. In my case it took three days. Not to mention the order arrived partially. I would have picked it up at a CoolBlue pickup point. Supposedly you would be able to pick it up the same day, in my case it would be the next day. So I decided to deliver it to my house instead of picking it up the next day. Except the next day was three days… (where was a weekend in between). Normally I would have said this is PostNL to blame and not CoolBlue. But since it arrived partially I don’t really know if it’s PostNL or CoolBlue’s fault. Long story short: When you say “order now and it will be dilivered tomorrow” you should deliver the day after and don’t point fingers on who is to blame. I am happy with my product though! :)
I trust the Coolblue but there is looks like little hair is in the box and it is healt product. I am not sure is this product used before?

The staff is always nice, this time wasn’t exception, the only thing is that when I went upstairs picking up my order, I didn’t like how I was told about the warranty, before it was like “do you want extended warranty or no?” I liked it more)
