Coolblue delivers on its promises

I've purchased a few things on the last few weeks as I was moving to a new place. Delivery on time was critical to make sure I would not lack a basic structure at my new place. Coolblue was not only able to deliver on time, but also offered the best buying experience on the web, at a fair price.

Unable to purchase anything, loosing all promotions in other stores as well

Tried to pay by debit card via Deal (multiple cards), credit cards (multiple), even got the order number! All orders cancelled, with no reason and money returned after 3 days. Total waste of time and customer care don't even care...

Every time a great experience

Every time I deal with Cool Blue, whether it's ordering something or returning it, it's a good experience. A friendly person delivers something to my door. Love that. Then I had to return something because my husband and I had both ordered the same thing. It was seamless and easy. I cannot express how much I appreciate this company and how well it runs. 3x not delivered

Normally I love Coolblue, but I had a horrible experience with my recent order. The first delivery was damaged so they offered to bring a new one on a different day. They didn't show up on the 2nd day as planned and as they didn't send the payment link. They didn't show up the 3rd day as planned as they put in the wrong delivery address. Now I have to wait a 4th day at home for them? Horrible service.

Is klant nog koning bij Coolblue?

De afgelopen 6 jaar hebben we bij Coolblue zowat alles besteld qua electronica wat we maar nodig hadden op de firma. Imac computers, Ipads, Led schermen,professionele koffiezet,... We hebben het hier over 41 bestellingen voor een totale som van € 18.881. Hiervan heb ik 1 of 2 zaken geretourneerd in de tijd, steeds met een uitstekekende service communicatie en service zoals we die van coolblue gewend waren. Tijdens onze laatste bestelronde in januari echter loopt het niet zoals verwacht. 1. Ik bestel foutief een Gopro Black terwijl ik een Gopro Max nodig heb 2. Ik vraag & krijg een label voor de Black & bestel alvast de Max extra. 3. Door seizoensdrukte in de zaak werd deze retour niet tijdig verstuurd. 10 dagen te laat? 4. Ik wil nog een extra Gopro max bestellen dus vraag aan de klantendienst of ik de gopro black alsnog kan terugsturen. 5. Antwoord: Tergusturen kan niet meer in de 30 dagen tevredenheidsgarantie. 6. Ik wil geen geld terug maar dus 2 gopro max in totaal aanschaffen en die black retourneren voor omruiling. 7. antwoord: omruiling kan helaas enkel binnen de 30 dagen tevredenheidsgarantie. 8. Na 2 negatieve antwoorden per mail gebeld naar coolblue kantenservice. Helaas is er niets mogelijk... Coolblue is het bedrijf bij uitstek waar de klant centraal staat en hij verder geholpen wordt dacht ik, waar klant koning is. Bij deze voel ik de service dus helemaal niet, en kijk ik alsnog uit naar een constructieve oplossing waarbij wij geholpen zijn en coolblue er netto nog extra aan verdient, & een tevreden trouwe klant met 18K EUR gespendeerd budget behoudt. Met vriendelijke groeten, Pieter-Willem Ots 4. had ik een Gopro Max nodig, maar had een black gekocht. Retour gevraagd en label ontvangen maar deze werd niet binnen de vereiste 3 weken opgestuurd.

Very friendly and professional personnel

I ordered the Sony WH-1000XM4 from the site and went in person to pick them up. I do not have much to add for the experience rather than I encountered a very helpful person at the pick up point.

Smooth

I called customer service to ask the availability of the television I want to buy and they reserved the television in 2 minutes and I pick it up same day without any problem. Stuff helped me to carry the tv to my car as well, everything was perfect!

think twice

i am having such a bad experience with my latest purchase : - Ordered a washing machine and selected a day next week for delivery - Day has come and delivery man called as it will be difficult for him as his colleague was sick . He suggested me that he will process this " as i was not home " so the delivery will be "automatically postponed by one day . - It did not happen , instead a mail has been sent indicating that i need to choose a day for delivery which was also ok but next day was not in the options. so i chose the day after next day . - The day after that day , an email has been sent " we will refund you. ", as my order has returned to the warehouse . Funny fact was that I did not cancel my order , indeed waited for it for a long time but after all those days i got a refund notification. - For some reason refund is less than what i have paid for . This is another story . - Now i am waiting to talk with customer service , for the last 15 min on the phone .

Poor Warranty Management / Extended warranty is worthless

Firstly the story, I bought a Soundbar Samsung HW-Q950T/XN from Coolblue, and purchased the with the 3 yr extended warranty, after about 2 months the soundbar started to stop producing sound for about 10 seconds every 5 minutes or so ( was random). I contacted cool blue and asked for a replacement, but they told me it had to be sent in on warranty, ( I though to myself why did i pay for the extended warranty at this stage but it was the holidays and i just wanted a working soundbar ) Now a sound bar is massive and I didn't have box that big , I asked Coolblue to send me a box or having their van pick it up and was basically told " Good luck, and We don't send van's out for warranty pick up's" . So it took a while but I made a box out of 4 smaller boxes and shipped it off.... 4 weeks later an email arrives with "Your CoolblueCredit is waiting for you" in the title... I was given instore credit for the device, which I bought on sale, it took a very long time ( across 2 days ) for Customer service to get back to me, after hours they finally agreed to give me a replacement at the sale price, I then read google reviews of the Samsung HW-Q950T/XN just before I agreed, and it seems the problem I had was very common so I didn't want to replace it have it fail again and have another gap of 4 weeks with no soundbar. I found a replacement with better reviews Samsung 950A , when I looked at the price online vs Coolblue, Coolblue were 300 Euro more expensive then plasmavisie.nl so I asked Coolblue to price match then I would pay the difference, They refused to price match, So I asked for my cashback for the soundbar and the 40 euro warranty. ... after again another hour with customer service they finally agreed and told me I would get my money back for the soundbar in " a few days to a week" but 0 compensation offered for the warranty. Samsung Gave them the money back for the warranty they kept my 40 euro... and wouldn't credit it back.

Okay!

Kudos for delivering the product on time. However, the delivery guy did not ring a bell and just kept it at ground floor and left. I stay at 3rd floor so saw the package lying there in the evening. Please make sure to confirm from next time. Thanks!

I have a very bad experience with coolblue

I have a very very bad experience with coolblue . I have ordered some phones , they have cancelled my order and they have sent an email that i will get my money back with 3 working days . When i called custumer service to send my money back , they are giving excuse that it will take more 5 working days , and after that they disconnected the call. It was a very rude behavior . I am very disappointed with the custumer service . I hope someday i will get my money back but when only coolblue knows .

Unable to reach Customer Service after waiting for 45 mins on the line

Eventhough it's black friday week, there should be a limit to a customer waiting on the line to reach them and 45 minutes is more than enough for any customer service agent to service a customer. I was trying to call because I received a text from post NL that I've to pay 6.75 Eur as delivery charges, otherwise my order will not be delivered, but the invoice stated the delivery was free. I was confused whether my order would be delivered or not! And Cool Blue was not there to help me even after waiting on the line for 45 minutes!!

Worst customer service ever!! Never buy from Coolblue! -Order No:58712961

Ordered a new tv with hanging and installation service(order number:58712961). It was supposed to be next day delivery which turned out to be 3 days. On the third day my delivery hero came with the tv. She started to drill holes in my wall to hang the tv. Unfortunately she was not strong enough to put the screws in the holes. So she said she arranged another set of people to come next day, leaving me with an unboxed tv lying around and drilled holes in my wall. The next set of heros was supposed the at my place 09:35 next day. And they neither called nor arrived. I called the customer service number and managed to reach a person after a 42 minutes waiting time. After hearing me he asked if I can wait on hold for a short time. Another 23 mins later he connected back and told me there was a problem and they are going to assign a new crew which will be in my place in 3 or 4 days!! Now I have leave with a big unboxed tv lying on my floor and and 8 holes in the wall watching me. This was the worst shopping experience I ever had. Never ever Coolblue again.

Used to be great, but new delivery service is terrible

I've always really liked ordering from Coolblue, and the service was great. But recently, they switched to using Budbee instead of PostNL in my area, and they are absolutely terrible. Packages take days to arrive or never do, courier says they tried to deliver the package but there was nobody in the entire street. And the customer service of the courier service is just non-existent. Please switch back to using PostNL, waiting for days to get the package is not an amazing experience. This is the only problem with an otherwise great service.

Nice.

Delivery was quick and done within 12 hours after I had ordered. It was nice that 15 minutes before the package arrives there is an email notifying you. Overall a pleasant experience.
