Unfortunately my most resent experience is extremely disappointing. I ordered ironing board and at the moment of ordering it was promised to be delivered next day. This was the reason ordering at CB and not at Amazon. However, nothing was delivered next day, and day after. And today when I was out on long time ago scheduled appointment- delivery by Post NL arrived. Now, because I missed it, I have to go to the pick up point and get 9 kg package to my home myself. Not only I do not have iron board in promised time, but getting it to my house is likely to cost me low back pain.

Replaced a phone’s battery. I was told that it took 2 working days and they would send a notification by email. So I left my phone there. I waited for 3 days and I didn’t receive any email, I had to come to see what happened. The staff said I had to wait for 2 working days because iPhone didn’t work during the weekend. This was a lie, because i brought my phone to Coolblue on Friday; the day after, my friend phone’s battery was replaced at the iPhone store. I continued to waiting for 2 working days. No email again. After waiting for 2 days, I came there again at 5pm and was told that I had to wait for more one hour. The reason they provided is that it’s due to weekend. That’s very appropriate answer. The staffs at coolblue have long weekend from Friday to Wednesday of the week after.

I bought a vacuum cleaner ( Philips aquatrio 9000) and there was a campaign to give an extra battery as a gift if you buy that vacuum cleaner. However, they didn’t send me the gift. They sent only one battery in the package. Other than this, it was a smooth shopping experience and the delivery was quite fast.
I am really satisfied with the service, the well planned delivered, the communication with customer, the customer support service and the sense of responsibility. Overall, 5 starts in all!

I ordered a new hoover and paid extra to have an evening delivery but the courier didn't come and drop the package next to the post.nl. I specially buy from coolblue as they were reputed for their delivery, so i am quite disappointed.

It was promoted as next day delivery and ended up taking several days. The product is great quality.
I do orders from time to time, and I had some service issues, and my experience always good. Service and claims support is quite good, that's one of the main benefit as for me.

I ordered my earbuds after looking through multiple options. The reviews are extensive and there is not only public reviews on the page, but also expert notes on the earbuds which is a great addition. Also, there is a lot of tutorials and other information on how to use, troubleshoot and wear the earbuds. Aside from that, the delivery was extremely fast which is always welcome, and it was also very precise on the time slot given. This is not something that a lot of companies manage to do and it is very appreciated. The earbuds came in a perfect state and the delivery person was very friendly. Awesome experience
