Very good service from Coolblue and the product was delivered quickly.

Make sure you don't leave the people delivering your goods alone in a room where you have any valuables that can be put in a pocket without you noticing. They might be very friendly but sadly this doesn't mean they are trustworthy. We have learnt this the hard way and there is nothing that can be done to prove that belongings have been stolen. One of the men delivering our goods must have known that they can help themselves to anything without the customer being able to do anything about it.

I am frustrated with cool blue as my washing machine was supposed to be delivered on Sunday and even though they send a message that they are coming in 30 minutes nobody came to bring the washing machine. No one called to inform me about what has happened and no new appointment scheduled. This is totally unacceptable to keep me waiting at home on sunday.

I have ordered a few times off of Coolblue, and it has always provided me with reliable deliveries. Only once was there a 2 day delay, but it was never an urgent package I needed so it was okay. My packages have always been safe, undamaged, and in good shape, by the time it either reaches my house or a pickup point. Along with coolblue, postnl offers a few deals such as Free Icecream with Spar, which is a great incentive for students like myself!

I needed a humidifier for my son as he was having breathing difficulty at night. I ordered around 3pm and I had the humidifier at 9:45 pm on same day. Couldn't be more happy with such a fast service.
