I ordered a Dyson product which was never delivered. More than that, I received an email from Coolblue saying that it was delivered and someone falsified my signature. When I confronted them via the Coolblue call service they had no answers and said that I will need to wait for another 10 days to get the product I paid for. It is a complete mess and they have spoiled a special moment for me. I'm very disappointed with their delivery process and especially with finding another quick solution to solve my case in a special moment for me.

Volgens afgesproken tijd was de laptop af te halen in de winkel. Prima service in de afgifte en men staat klaar voor je als er iets mocht zijn. De laptop is ontzettend snel en de videocard is perfect. De gamelaptop doet waarvoor ik deze gekocht heb.

After reporting the problem, I received immediate response, a quick appointment and repairement. I had extra quarantee from CoolBlue and the reimbursement was approved and payed within the same week.

Ordered a microwave at 9pm and it arrived 4 pm next day. Only complaint is, the cool blue website it says the old device can be returned for free however postNL delivered so cannot return old product. I was expecting cool blue to deliver it and take the old device away.

Er was dus geen Bluetooth output en de klantenservice wist er niets van deze platenspeler; dus gelijk weer retour. Teleurstellende ervaring met Coolblue.

We hadden een wasmachine besteld, wetende dat ie op een moeilijk te bereiken plek zou komen (omdat dat de enige wasmachine kraan+afvoer daar zat). Dit was voor het bezorgteam geen enkel probleem, en ze hebben hem gelijk geinstalleerd, en een snelle 90-graden was aan gezet om hem vast te reinigen. Wat wil je nog meer?

I bought, I paid, I was contacted with an estimation delivery, I was sent an email to confirm the purchase and indicate that a more accurate time of delivery would be received in a separate email. I received the more precise time of delivery and an SMS message within the 15 minutes before receiving my purchase. All was perfect! Quality of the product is aligned with the service, package carefully selected and in perfect conditions. All was great!

Not 5 stars because the bikers bike broke down and called an hour after the supposed arrival time to tell me that. It would have been nice if he let me know sooner

They aren't the cheapest for tech products. If you search enough, you can find the same product for 10% or 15% cheaper. But I am happy to pay this premium because thru my experience over the years, I trust them to deliver on time a genuine product, and are trusted to accept returns if I am not satisfied with the product.

The easier workflow and delivery the next day is a big plus when it always works well. :)
