I've ordered a TV through Coolblue instead of other retailers exactly because it was going to be delivered on the next day to my address. But the delivery driver lied that they had "missed me" even though I was home the whole day waiting for it, no notes were left and no neighbours were contacted as well. Then he sent the TV (a large and heavy box) to a pick-up point which I could only collect on the next day. So I ended up not only having to wait an extra day for my item, but also having to pay for a cab as I couldn't carry the item on my own from the pick up point. Incredibly disappoiting.

Lately my earbuds stopped working. I have returned it in one of Cooblue shops. Two days after I've received an information that they cannot be fixed and I was granted with coolblue credit. Since the same model was no longer available on the website I contacted coolblue team asking for recommendation and informed them that another model of earbuds can be found bit cheaper on different website. Coolblue team was very supportive and shown a problem solving approach. They have proposed to handle to situation and split the difference in price resulting from previous to the new earbuds. This reminded me a bit of the judgement of Solomon as certainly left me very satisfied and keep on wanting to continue being Coolblue client. My case was handled little to no time and support was always great. Possibility to contact via whatsapp was also a bliss. I highly recommend Coolblue not only due to their great offer but also post-purchase support! Well deserved 10 stars!

I am impressed with the fast delivery service, also have an amazing client service and always offers the best prices if I compare to the other e-shops. Recently I ordered a tracker to be picked up in the store and after one hour it was ready. The employee covered all my questions and gave me some extra information. Bravo to coolblue!!!

Everything about my shopping experience was easy and convenient, I just wish my item was packed in more appropriate packaging. It was a small item packed unsecured in a HUGE box and that allowed it to shift around loosely.

Like the products you sell, really think they are of good quality. The time it took to arrive to my pick up point was one day after what they said.

I've purchased a few things on the last few weeks as I was moving to a new place. Delivery on time was critical to make sure I would not lack a basic structure at my new place. Coolblue was not only able to deliver on time, but also offered the best buying experience on the web, at a fair price.

Tried to pay by debit card via Deal (multiple cards), credit cards (multiple), even got the order number! All orders cancelled, with no reason and money returned after 3 days. Total waste of time and customer care don't even care...
