Recently I bought the Bose 700 headphone, and for some reason it wasn't charging or switching on anymore. I asked for an exchange via the website and I got a quick reply. the next day I saw that another color of the headphone is now on discount so I contacted customer service via whatsapp asking about the possibility to get the black color instead. I was surprised with the fast positive response.

The whole process was very easy: browsing through the products, comparing with alternatives and ordering. I found the comparison tool particularly useful to compare the different models before making my choice. Ordered at around 22:00 and received on the next day (a Saturday) at around 14:00 as promised. The cherry on top of the cake, as non-Dutch speaker, is the fact that the website is now translated to English which makes it even more convenient to use.

Queued up due to to busy store and COVID rules. Sent straight to pick up desk, where I waited for no time at all. Picked up my goods and the man who served me was excellent. Mentioned my nice purchase and even told me about a new gaming area in store (I was picking up a gaming monitor). Really excellent service! Made me feel welcome and answered all my questions (wish I knew his name as he should have acknowledgment of this!) This is the opposite of the service I had the previous evening when I walked out of media markt after being told to ask four different people before someone would even check stock!
wasdroger online besteld, fors beschadigd willen leveren bij ons thuisadres. Medewerker van coolbue erg onvriendelijk en niet begripvol bij de levering aan deur. Uitgelegd dat we niet betalen voor een beschadigde wasdroger. Telefonisch uitgelegd dat levering niet goed was over gaan op annulering. Foutieve annulering leidt tot wachten op geld dat retour moet komen. 200 minuten in totaal telefonisch in de wacht gestaan na meerdere pogingen om geld retour te krijgen. Inmiddels 8 dagen in afwachting . Laatste medewerker telefonisch netjes. Hij zou er voor dat het geld retour komt. Erkende de fouten

Disgusting service!!!! I have purchased a waching machine on a lease agreement from this store, the delivery guys came to me but couldn't install it due to a defect in the pipe of this machine. I don't know why they didn't check this defect in the storage first but anyway I was advised to contact their custome service by phone and make a new appointment. After hours of attempts to reach them I finally made a new appointment with an agreement that new techicians will come with a new pipe and fix it. Then the techicians came and identified that the machine is not functional and again I need to connect to the custom service and make a new agreement. I tried again and after 20 minutes of waiting I got disconnected. In the end, I arranged a new appointment via Facebook. So guys I bought the subscription on Sunday, next week on Friday the delivery guys came and couldn't install it. Then, again next week on Tuesday the techicians came and identified this problem. So almost 2 weeks passed after I bought the subscription and I still cannot use my washing machine. The most disgusting thing that I need to organise everything myself instead of them wasting my time, sitting and calling them. Looks like I would better to take and install it myself. Almost 20 euro for this "service" cost my time and nerves!! I didn't get what I paid for.

I counted on the delivery time stated on the site and ordered a smartwatch for my wife's birthday, they were supposed to deliver the order to me the next day. It's been two days since delivery and I still haven't received anything. I called the Collblue support, nobody answered me, I sent a message in the WhatsApp and after 5 hours they said we will investigate and it takes around 5 days ! and if you didn't receive any response from us get in touch again! by the way, my wife's birthday was 2 days ago!!!!

Companies are good with you when you pay money and everything works. Bad companies show itself when things go off rails. Coolblue delivered me broken airco (which is awful in this heat by itself), but also told me (i called to customer service) to carry it on to the PostNL, since this item is not big enough to pick up. 20 kg!
