The reason I preferred Coolblue was that, although the prices are higher compared to the market, the delivery, packaging, and overall reliability were excellent. However, when I unpacked the last robot vacuum cleaner I purchased, it was covered in fingerprints. It seems either they sent me a display product or something else is wrong. Normally, I wouldn’t care about fingerprints, but on a €1300 product, this raises the thought that it might have been repaired or returned by someone else. For this reason, I decided to return it. But this time, the issue is that the product is very heavy, and I don’t know how I can drop it off at a pickup point. So the whole situation has become quite frustrating. This is exactly why I wasn’t buying from other companies, but it seems that from now on, if there’s no difference, I might as well order from Amazon or elsewhere.

Ik had een bestelling gedaan, afhalen in RTM. Helaas bij aankomst kon uw collega mij pas melden dat er een scherm niet leverbaar is, er was ook geen mogelijkheid om deze op een andere manier te verkrijgen. Wel meteen mijn geld retour gekregen en een nieuwe besteld bij de bol.com. Slechte ervaring wat mij betreft. Een bericht vooraf dat de bestelling niet compleet is met mogelijkheden tot nalevering zou in de toekomst gewaardeerd worden.

De omschrijving die bij het artikel stond was niet juist. Er zit geen oplaadstation of oplaadstandaard bij. Alleen een usb adapter en usb kabel. Als je het ding wilt opladen dan moet je het ding op zijn kant leggen. Gebeld met de klantenservice...en na wat wikken en wegen was het antwoord dat de omschrijving fout was bij het artikel. Geen compensatie, niets. Vandaar maar 2.5 sterren.
