Thank you for submitting your review. How unfortunate to read that during the delivery of your product, our deliverer accidentally knocked over something and damaged your door. Our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you.
We would like to ask you to contact our customer service via [email protected]. Please send us some pictures of the damage and, if possible, a quote to repair the damages. We would like to reimburse you for the damages that has been caused to the door. We would also like to ask you to include your order number in the e-mail and a copy of your review, so our colleagues know how to handle your case.
