We are very sorry that we accidentally delivered the wrong television to you and that you are still waiting for the correct one. This shouldn't have taken so long. Our sincere apologies for this inconvenience.
If we check our website we do not have the Samsung QLED 65Q70C in our range. Only do have the Samsung QLED 65Q74C. We will of course investigate this thoroughly for you once we receive your television back in the warehouse.
We will send you the new television again as soon as possible. You will receive a message by email when the television has been shipped. Please check carefully whether you have received the correct television. It may happen that, for example, several models of the same series are mentioned in the manual.
