Great service, price was lower elsewhere though
I purchased a TV set from Coolblue:
- buying process is easy, fast and efficient
- delivery was as promised, information was timely and most importantly the delivery was on time and with the right quality, including the courtesy and professionalism of the driver
- when it comes to the price, I did not do my homework right and found out just hours after the purchase that Samsung is selling the same TV model for 150 Euro less (same free delivery option) on their website. Was seriously considering return to save on those extra 150 Euro but decided not to bother due to the additional workload.
It would be great to have lowest price guaranteed especially when the difference is over 15%.
