Thank you for your feedback. We completely agree: when 'next day delivery' takes nearly a week, that is a serious issue.
We understand that from your perspective, it doesn't matter whether the delay happened with us or with Bpost; the result remains that you had to wait much longer than promised. It is our responsibility to ensure our delivery promises are met, and we sincerely apologize for failing to do so in this instance.
