I still didn't receive my order
Overall, my experience has always been positive, but I am very disappointed with my last order.
The delivery was originally scheduled for 4 June, but I then received an email saying it had been delayed until the following day. That was fine, and I waited. However, nothing arrived on Friday, nor on Sunday, and now it is Monday and I still have not received my parcel.
When I try to track the package, the tracking information shows nothing, almost as if it has already been delivered, which is very confusing.
I would appreciate an update on the status of my order and information on when I can expect it to arrive.
