We see that you placed your order on our Belgian (BE) website, but your address is located in the Netherlands. Unfortunately, orders placed on our Belgian website can only be delivered within Belgium. Otherwise, a sorting error occurs, which is what happened in your case. This is also why we have a separate website for our Dutch customers. It's also why you might have noticed you couldn't enter your full Dutch postcode on our Belgian website.
We recommend you contact our customer service as soon as possible so we can find a solution for you.
