Ik werd goed geadviseerd bij de aankoop van een gigaset telefoon, maar op het ogenblik dat ik het apparaat wenste aan te kopen, werd mij medegedeeld dat het niet voorradig was en ik het de volgende dag kon komen ophalen of thuis leveren. Bleek dus dat ze bij Coolblue winkels geen voorraad hebben...

Dans l’ensemble satisfait, mais le renvoi du nouvel appareil a été fait par défaut dans l’ancienne localité où j’habitais sans que je n’ai pu communiquer ma nouvelle adresse. Ou au moins confirmer celle qui était encodée sur mon compte coolblue. J’ai donc dû faire 80km aller-retour pour aller le récupérer.

Je suis ravi de mon achat et du service coolblue. Je suis seulement surpris qu'il y ait une coque de téléphone motorola incluse dans le pack, et j'ai donc acheté la coque coolblue en plus pour rien.

Dear Coolblue, good morning, I know you are very reliable and it was always very nice to buy things from you, but this was an unpleasant experience. I bought this product to be delivered at home, only to be told afterwards by bpost that they are not delivering at home and I have to go to pick-up the parcel from their office, which is during the office hours or on Saturday. I would have appreciated to be told that when I bought the product. Secondly, bpost is saying that they are doing this to protect the environment. Well, the truth is that my car is also polluting the environment and I guess a trip with their car that is travelling around to deliver parcels will pollute less then all cars, including mine, going to the pick-up office to take the various parcels. So, unless there is a good explanation on how their cars are so unfriendly with the environment and much more then all the other peoples' cars that have to go to the pick-up office, I would pass on that explanation as just a self-serving smoke-screen explanation. Therefore, I don't appreciate the experience and I will not go again through it. On the other hand, I am very happy with the product, thank you very much for that, Many thanks, Corina Panaitopol

Bonjour, que ce soit en boutique physique ou sur l'application je n'ai jusqu'à présent que de bonne surprise, en boutique j'ai apprécié la convivialité des vendeurs, leurs expertises, le système de ticket comme à la poste plutôt que de roder dans les rayons en espérant trouver un vendeur disponible (comme c'est le cas ailleurs). En ligne je trouve l'application très bien pensée, intuitif, pas mal de filtres pour cibler un produit recherché. Dans l'ensemble je trouve tout cela bien pensé, les prix sont très attractifs, livraison très rapide, le lendemain quand c'est de stock. Tous mes achats sont arrivés en parfait état. Rien à redire...merci

Om 23u30 besteld en de ochtend daarop om 9u al geleverd. Zo snel kon ik er zelf niet omgaan.

J'ai commandé un nouveau casque audio pour remplacer celui que j'avais déjà en ma possession, et dont les coussinets s'effritaient. Déjà, je suis super content que j'aie pu retrouver le même que celui à remplacer. Et comme toujours, avec Coolblue, un service au top!

Suite mauvaise interprètations des descriptions de produits de rechanges, le service "clientèle" a solutionné efficacement mon problçme, avec patience et professionalisme ! Etonnant pour un service en ligne du wouebbe. Bravo ici "cool blue". M.s.
