It was bought in the store and paid with Paypal in shop , i got the debit receipt and transaction number frp PayPal 449291026. New shiny store in Antwerpen , nice people but lousy back office and control . The shop that selling latest tech stuff cannot find my payment ........although i was debited , How it can be possible? In our days? Very annoying and disappointing experience where the reason i went to CoolBlue for the purchase is the reason that they had the item in stock.I also want to add that i called 4 times , spoke with people who were very nice and polite BUT the fact is that they can do nothing and have no clue how to resolve the issue besides sending it down the line .
End result is that the computer i wanted to have to day , will not be coming .Simply Useless
I call again and again and again , still useless replies although very polite . The firs was 48 hours resolution , the second today 72 hours and i do not want to think what will be the next answer? a week?
