Unpleasant delivery management
Dear Coolblue, good morning,
I know you are very reliable and it was always very nice to buy things from you, but this was an unpleasant experience.
I bought this product to be delivered at home, only to be told afterwards by bpost that they are not delivering at home and I have to go to pick-up the parcel from their office, which is during the office hours or on Saturday. I would have appreciated to be told that when I bought the product.
Secondly, bpost is saying that they are doing this to protect the environment. Well, the truth is that my car is also polluting the environment and I guess a trip with their car that is travelling around to deliver parcels will pollute less then all cars, including mine, going to the pick-up office to take the various parcels. So, unless there is a good explanation on how their cars are so unfriendly with the environment and much more then all the other peoples' cars that have to go to the pick-up office, I would pass on that explanation as just a self-serving smoke-screen explanation.
Therefore, I don't appreciate the experience and I will not go again through it.
On the other hand, I am very happy with the product, thank you very much for that,
