No communication and incompetence
I ordered a washer/dryer combo with Coolblue over the phone 2 weeks ago and I ordered an installation and stacking kit with the order. When the order came, they informed me that the order was delivery only, which was not what I ordered from CoolBlue, which was very frustrating. Then, I had to order an installation separately, and when the people came, there was only one person and he said he needed to come back with two people later in the day. When the people came, they installed the washer and dryers, except they forgot to plug in the dryer. We had to get them back to plug it in. On top of that, the stacking kit was white, and was the wrong color as the washer/dryers, which were black. There were so many issues with the experience, delivery and installation and it was very infuriating and annoying. Overall, the products were good but their service was terrible and there seemed to be an error in communication and an air of incompetence. I hope further service with coolblue is not the same as I had experienced.
