Terrible
I ordered a dishwasher on a Thursday evening. The website mentioned the delivery would be in the next day, even though it was on Saturday. That's ok. When the technicians arrived (who were nice and punctual), they realized that they were not able to remove the old dishwasher. They said that another expert colleague would have to come on Monday or Tuesday the latest, and that the new dishwasher would have to stay with us. It is in the middle of the living room since then, and no one came yet to install the new one and remove the older one.
- On Tuesday morning, and since I did not receive any confirmation email or SMS about the installation, I had to call to customer service to request the installation again. I was told that it was scheduled for today, Wednesday.
- I received an email saying that the installation would be today between 09:55 and 10:55. I missed work to be at home so that the dishwasher could be installed. At 14:00 (and after already having called at lunchtime) I was told, after one hour on the phone with customer service, that no one was coming today. It was rescheduled for tomorrow. I will have to miss work again.
I have a new dishwasher in the middle of the living room, where my children can no longer play. I have the old dishwasher still in its place, but it doesn't work. I missed work today and I will have to miss again tomorrow (and who knows if the situation will finally be solved or not). I am washing dishes by hand. All this because I trusted CoolBlue to deliver and install the dishwasher. Notice that, on top of the unacceptable situation, I am the one who needs to call customer service to know when the installation will be made. I was not even notified that, in the end, no one would come today.
I lived in many different countries and had to deal with many companies for the delivery and installation of many items. I never had such a negative experience as with CoolBlue.
