This is because we greatly value the opinions of our customers, and we strive to continuously improve our service. Unfortunately, I read in your review that you are not satisfied with our service. I hope we can rectify this together, which is why I am happy to review the situation with you.
I see that you placed an order with us on 23-11. We then picked it in our warehouse and shipped it to your given address the next day. Unfortunately, the postal service was very busy at the time so your package was delayed.
You also mentioned that you emailed us several times but did not receive a response. Unfortunately, our department was also extremely busy which unfortunately prevented us from responding in a timely manner.
