Unfortunately, I read in your review that you are not satisfied with our service. I hope we can rectify this together, which is why I am happy to look into the situation with you.
In your review, you indicate that you have sent a complaint back to us and that you have not yet received any feedback. Indeed, I see that you contacted us about your complaint and that we asked you to return the item to us so that we can arrange a refund. We processed the complaint on 22-10 and the purchase amount was refunded to the account used to place the order at the time.
