I was looking for new ASICS Nimbus 24 shoes. They were not yet at Intersport stores, but I could find them online with RunningDirect.
They even offered a 10% discount on the shoes.
I ordered them on a Sunday and then on Monday realized that the 10% discount code was not reflected in my order (perhaps I mis-keyed).
I called the customer service phone number on Monday and was surprised there was no wait time, and even better, I talked to a human being! She was very helpful and processed the code for me. On Tuesday, the shoes arrived and the discount was processed on my bank account by Wednesday. Wonderful experience all around.
