Thank you for taking your time to rate our webshop! We are sorry to hear you have not had a good experience with the delivery of your order. I checked the progress of your package.
You placed the order on January 27th after 22:00. We shipped your order on the 28th. Our courier (PostNL) tried to deliver your package on the 29th, however the delivery was unsuccesful. Therefore, they brought your package to a PostNL-point. The tracking information shows us you picked up the package on the 31st, which is four days after
We understand that you might have been disappointed for not receiving the package the next day. However, our website states: ordered before 22:00 is next day delivery. You placed the order at 22:27, which means our warehouse was already closed. Therefore, we shipped your package on the 28th and it arrived at PostNL on the 29th (within 24 hours). Due to delivery problems at PostNL, it was sent to a packstation for which you should have been notified.
Hopefully, this explanation will provide insight into the powerlessness we have with the delivery as soon as we ship out a package. However, we have shipped your order within 24 hours. We really hope you'd like to update your review as we've made every effort to get the package your way as quickly as possible and would truly hope to meet you again at our webshop!
