How annoying that you haven't received the package yet. I see it is on its way to you. They made a delivery attempt yesterday but were unsuccessful. The package was finally delivered to you according to the track and trace on 14-08.
The package indeed made several attempts and could not be delivered because your telephone number was not on the package. As a result, we have compensated you by refunding the shipping costs to you.
