I ordered an authentic juventus 24/25 3rd kit and was not given what was shown on the website. I spent 139.90 euros and with that I expected that the kit would be perfect and authentic like I wanted. I am really disappointed

I understand that the shirt you received is not the correct one as you describe.
The items we sell are always the original items, as it is not allowed to sell items that are not original. What is evened out is that the picture on the website is not correct with the item you received. Indeed, I do see that the shirt received does not quite match the image on the website. We will pass this on so that the image is adjusted on the website. Should you not wish to keep this shirt, we have sent you a return label via email so that you can return the shirt to us free of charge. After we have received the return package, we will then refund the full purchase price to you.

In your review you indicate that you have not yet received your order and that you need the package for Christmas.
I see that you placed an order with us on 03-12, which we packed and handed over to the carrier on the same day.
I see that the package unfortunately took a long time to be cleared through customs which meant that the package was only available at the pickup location on 24-12.
Unfortunately, I see that the package was not picked up here and that the package was returned to us last week. When our returns department receives the package, they will process it and arrange the refund. You will receive a refund to the account used to place the order.
We apologize that the package was not delivered on time.
De spullen worden snel geleverd en de keuze is enorm. De spullen zijn van zeer goede kwaliteit. Kortom ik blijf bestellen bij Sportshop

I see that you sent us an email on 06-10. Unfortunately, our department is very busy and you did not receive a response until this morning. Our apologies for this.
You placed an order with us on 29-09. We packed and shipped the package on 30-09, and on 03-10 the carrier sent the package to destination country. On our website, you can see that the average shipping time to United Arab Emirates is 4-8 working days. Therefore, we expect the package to arrive in destination country quickly and then be forwarded.

There is nothing to comment because i still didn't receive my order yet and no one knows when I will receive it. I understand that this is problem with logistics ,but it's sad that you do not have options to send orders with DPD or DHL
