Hello, I have to say that your payment system is quite chaotic. I want to buy a product through my bank card from Sparrkasse München, but there is no such option in your system. Then, I tried the Überweisungen option, but I am required to upload a service to pay. Is there an option of transferring the money to your bank account by other means? Or can you add the Sparrkasse München option to your system? I dunno.

My first order was fine, delivered to Ireland, i paid with Mastercard to my address ,H91ET6T and the product was good and really helped me sleep. The 2nd order was CANCELED, strangely ! ( i believe you have stopped using credit cards...?) So i lost time not knowing this. I have had to use another company. Disappointed. Michael
