NOVUS ARE EXCELLENT FOR SERVICE!
However the quality of ATLANTIC is very poor!!! I sat down with my atlantic e cig in the back pocket of my jeans and it broke. I do the same with greensmoke cig and nicolites cig and they don't break. NOVUS very kindly sent me a new e cig but it did not work. It lights up ok but no smoke comes out. I tested the cartridge on my greensmoke and it worked perfect. I then tried to charge the atlantic cig and it flashed red once and done nothing else. It did not charge. The menthol carts do not last very long at all although they taste fantastic, but again the quality is poor. The little green stopper on the cart broke and had to be wriggles out using tweezers. To buy 8 carts from novus costs me £26 incl post but for £28 I can buy 20 carts including post from magic mist and they last 3 times as long. Novus are not to blame for any of this, atlantic are! So its with regret I have to say goodbye to both novus and atlantic.
