It is nice to have a company offering Green Smoke replacement alternatives. I have only made one order so far, but I had no problems.
SuggestionsThe products need better descriptions. For example, when you put your mouse over the cartomizer descriptions, there is an explanation for how the cartomizer product compares to Green Smoke. However, when you go to the product page, the Green Smoke comparison is not there. This makes it confusing for the shopper.
The emails need to be in English or better English (for English speaking customers).
It would be nice if sample packs of cartridges were offered, so that the Green Smoker's can find out which cartridges they like best, instead of having to order a whole pack of each brand or flavor, just to test it.
