expérience intéressante

les effets du microdosage sont assez subtils et personnellement j'en ai 3gr sur trois jours de manière intuitive, mais il vaut mieux essayer de poser dans un environnement sécure et calme. L'intérêt pour moi était de poser une intention et laisser mon esprit apporter des solutions ou s'exprimer là dessus. les jours suivants une meilleure observation d ce qui m'entoure et un sentiment de bien être est assez présent.
