It's been a very long wait since I sent it. Not that it arrived, but that they actually sent it. I don't recommend it to anyone looking for CBD products like me. Go to a store; there are several physical stores that sell these products without having to wait so long. And those positive reviews are mostly from people who live in the Netherlands. I live in Luxembourg, and waiting a week or more for an order like this is unacceptable, especially when their website says they ship the same day if ordered before 3 PM. Lies, lies, lies! Many products aren't even theirs; they have to order from third parties to be able to send them. For those looking for fast service, forget it, that's not the case here. Very disappointed. I don't recommend it to anyone, and from 0 to 10, I give it a 0.

The shipment was well packaged, inside a thermal bag and with a packaged gel that should help preserve the item in good temperature. The shipment was sent with UPS and the day of the delivery I wasn’t at home and they sent it directly to a store. They didn’t have an option for me to say to deliver it at home. The store they delivered to had some weird opening hours and given I had to be in office, I wasn’t able to pick up for 2 days. By then, the gel was at room temperature since the pick up store had radiators to the max since it’s winter time. I would have preferred the shipment was sent with DHL since it would have been faster and easier to pick up. Other than that in terms of the item itself, great.

Ôk so I have received "rosin", very weird liquid texture, strong fruit smell, when you heat it it doesn't create small decarb bubbles in volume so I don't think so this is rosin because thca and cbda create decarb bubbles when heated and this "rosin" (better call it extract) didnt. But I have didn't inhale it because don't want inhale something what have no idea what it is...so maybe describe it by real name and don't use "rosin" name what is name for solventless extract...

Ik bestel normaal Fruta Stick maar vond ze de laatste keer zo droog. Oké kan een misser zijn dus weer besteld. Zag ook Click Balls. 2 doosjes mee besteld. Verschrikkelijk! Ze schieten overal heen. Ben zeker een half doosje kwijtgeraakt. Wat een gedoe! Geef mij dan toch maar de Fruta Stick.
