Niet tevreden

Laatste bestelling na 2 weken niet ontvangen. Wel betaald en geld niet teruggestort. Wachten op UPS voor een retour.... Het gaat hier om een verloren pakje.... Niet tevreden dus.....

Bedankt voor je review. We begrijpen dat het erg vervelend is wanneer een bestelling niet aankomt. Bij controle van je order zien we dat er bij het plaatsen van de bestelling geen huisnummer is ingevuld in het afleveradres. Hierdoor kon UPS het pakket helaas niet bezorgen. Dit kun je ook zelf terugzien op de orderbevestiging die je per e-mail hebt ontvangen, waar het adres zonder huisnummer vermeld staat. Natuurlijk denken we graag met je mee. Zodra we het pakket retour hebben ontvangen van UPS, sturen we de bestelling kosteloos opnieuw naar je op met het correcte adres. Neem gerust even contact met ons op zodat we het juiste huisnummer kunnen bevestigen. Dan zorgen we dat je bestelling zo snel mogelijk opnieuw wordt verzonden. Serviceorientiert und seriös

Die Lieferung kam sehr schnell an. Super freundliche und schnelle Kommunikation bei einem kleinen Problem meinerseits. Verpackt in einer kleinen Kühltasche mit Kühlakku. Wo gibt es sowas sonst? Hammer. Gerne wieder.

It's been a very long wait since I sent it. Not that it arrived, but that they actually sent it. I don't recommend it to anyone looking for CBD products like me. Go to a store; there are several physical stores that sell these products without having to wait so long. And those positive reviews are mostly from people who live in the Netherlands. I live in Luxembourg, and waiting a week or more for an order like this is unacceptable, especially when their website says they ship the same day if ordered before 3 PM. Lies, lies, lies! Many products aren't even theirs; they have to order from third parties to be able to send them. For those looking for fast service, forget it, that's not the case here. Very disappointed. I don't recommend it to anyone, and from 0 to 10, I give it a 0.

I’m really sorry to read that you had such a disappointing experience. I understand how frustrating it is when you’re expecting fast shipping and it takes longer than planned. For the product you ordered, our website states “usually shipped within 2 working days.” This means dispatch can take up to 2 business days before it leaves our warehouse. After dispatch, delivery to Luxembourg normally takes a few additional days. Same-day shipping before 3 PM applies only to products that are directly in stock and marked accordingly. We are not an importer ourselves; we work with official distributors, which is standard practice for many online stores. That doesn’t mean we don’t stand behind our products, but in some cases it can slightly affect processing time. We always try to be as transparent as possible about this on the product pages. Still, if your order took longer than what was communicated, that’s on us to improve. If you’d like, send us your order number and we’ll gladly look into what happened in your specific case.

Everything great, except the delivery company

The shipment was well packaged, inside a thermal bag and with a packaged gel that should help preserve the item in good temperature. The shipment was sent with UPS and the day of the delivery I wasn’t at home and they sent it directly to a store. They didn’t have an option for me to say to deliver it at home. The store they delivered to had some weird opening hours and given I had to be in office, I wasn’t able to pick up for 2 days. By then, the gel was at room temperature since the pick up store had radiators to the max since it’s winter time. I would have preferred the shipment was sent with DHL since it would have been faster and easier to pick up. Other than that in terms of the item itself, great.

Is it really rosin?

Ôk so I have received "rosin", very weird liquid texture, strong fruit smell, when you heat it it doesn't create small decarb bubbles in volume so I don't think so this is rosin because thca and cbda create decarb bubbles when heated and this "rosin" (better call it extract) didnt. But I have didn't inhale it because don't want inhale something what have no idea what it is...so maybe describe it by real name and don't use "rosin" name what is name for solventless extract...
