Totaal gebrek aan redelijkheid en flexibiliteit!
We ordered flowers for mothersday. 3 days before the delivery my mom had an attack and ended up in hospital. All I wanted from Topbloemen was to change the delivery adres. They told me:
- Normally we guarantee delivery but not now because of mothersday
- We can't guarantee delivery because things can go wrong, like people not being home for example. (she contradicts her own previous statement!!)
- No, the delivery adres can't be changed anymore since the order has already has been processed. (even though it's not mothersday yet + the bouquet still has to be created AND delivered)
- If noone is home the flowers will be delivered with the neighbours next door (regardless of the fact that your mother is in hospital)
- If the neighbours are not home we will put a card with the data of the flowershop in the mailbox so a new delivery can be arranged
- No, we can not give you said data now because of privacy laws (despite the fact that tomorrow the flowershop is going to deposit their card in the mailbox)
- No, you can not cancel your order
In other words:
NO, we will do nothing to help you.
NO, we will not email the flowershop who's handling the order
NO, even though you ordered flowers with us for valentines/christmas/birthdays totalling 6 orders we will NOT give you any service whatsoever!
All we got was: "We apologize for any inconvenience"
