Not happy
My order was delayed for 10 days. The problem I was told was from the post office but the result for me was the same.
When the package was delivered I was on vacation and Ι came back after 2 weeks.
Due to the delay I could not make the automatic watering in my garden with the result that when I returned from the holidays the lawn was a yellowi due to lack of water.
When I returned I found out that they had made a mistake in the order and they sent me one product less.
I contacted them, they apologised to me and they said that they would send me one.
After a week waiting, I contacted them again and they told me, sorry we send it to the wrong address. So I had to buy the product from another store to be able to finish my work.
When I had to return 2 products that I did not use because of the product that had not been sent to me, they asked me to pay the shipping costs because they said me that it was my fault.
After many e-miles I decided to stop communicating with them and not to waste any more time and donate them 7.5 euros (8 euros was the value of the 2 products I sent back).
If with 7.5 euros they are happy, then ....
They refunded me the money for the product that they did not send to me and now I am waiting for the refund for the 2 products that I returned.
I can not prevent someone from buying or not from the store. It may has been a bad time but the result for me remains the same.
