incorrect product + messed up delivery
Hello, I love your product and how everything was not wrapped in plastic/paper. I love that you use recycled paper for the invoice too.
I received # SHAMPOO BLOCK OILY HAIR BRAND: LAMAZUNA, instead of #Shampoo Blok Vet Haar 4260365855684, so I know when you re-open I will exchange it. For the price of i get 280g of soap while with this one i get only 55g of soap!!
Post nl mail me to tell me they will deliver the package on April 10th but they never rung the bell! They just left a note... On my email it said where it was delivered but it did not share the opening hours of the shop. Eventually I went to address, but the shop was closed and did not display any opening times. After gathering the shop's name, I looked online for the opening hours so I went at 9 am but was closed ( although google map was saying it was open). Finally I went a third ultimate time to the shop and I could get my package.
A lot of effrots to get one package. I wished the post did rung to my bell.
