I always hover over this decision, what is Normal (3*) for Dutch Expat is Outstanding (5*) for others

I've placed many orders with Dutch Expat Shop and they never disappoint. They have a little bit of everything and are always updating their range. While the shipping is a bit much that's expected for being in the US.

The Dutch Expat Shop part of my order was very good. It was dispatched quickly. Fedex were very poor and took several days to deliver saying it would deliver the next day, then the next day............. It arrived OK in the end.

Op zich ben ik heel tevreden op Dutch Expat shop maar eindelijk krijg ik alles wat ik bestelde maar er zitten nu producten bij die al over datum waren voordat ik het bestelde. Dat is jammer er kan toch even op de datum gekeken worden voordat het verstuurd wordt kleine moeite neem ik aan.

De klantenservice van Dutch Expatshop is heel sérieus. De bestelling is heel snel in Nederland behandeld maar eenmaal in Frankrijk aangekomen wordt het over genomen door de transportcompagnie "Chronopost" en die verzet 3 à 4 keer de leverings datum. Dit is schandalig. Gelukkig waren de diepvries artikelen nog een kleinbeetje bevroren dus we hebben alles heel snel moeten op eten. Chronopost weigert de verzendkosten te vergoeden.

I do not have my order

Even though it came a month late the drink was worth the wait. I am so glad that I had it for my birthday.

Ordered the medication, received confirmation email and the a despatched email and then nothing. There was no tracking info. 7 days latter got an email asking for a review replied asking could I get them delivered. You then sent a further email that the item had been delivered to a neighbour. Very confusing as entrance door to my flat has been broken for 3 years and parcel fits through my letterbox plus no signature required. My conclusion is you are a good reputable company, but need a better delivery company.

Living in Rome, Italy, I have noticed that Italian supermarkets increasingly stock food and drink products commonly consumed in the Netherlands, particularly cheese and beer, which are very popular among Italian visitors to the Netherlands. "Leerdammer and Maasdammer" (both original) and Gouda cheese (produced under licence in Germany?). Heineken is already standard here, certainly because of Italian men's football mania. Italy knows mayonnaise like no other, and after discovering Dutch Expat Shop, I can't help but order the things I miss most. My favourite is ‘they don't have Remia’. So I order large bottles of ‘Remia frietsaus, much appreciated by my children’. Other than that, there is little spreadable bread here except for spreadable cheese, so I order ‘Unox liver pâté’ in tins. I also order AH ‘Ravigotte sauce’, although I can make ‘Ravigotte sauce’ myself, of course. I almost forgot, ‘Kips liver sausage’. I am Indo and there are enough spices here to cook ‘Indonesian’ food, but that doesn't mean I don't sometimes buy “bumbu” from different brands at Dutch Expat Shop. Unfortunately, there are no ‘Toko's’ in Italy! Dutch Expat Shop, you have an excellent, extensive range of food and drink and are top notch. Thank you very much, keep up the good work!

The product itself tasted great. The only issue I encounter was bad packaging. I received the box in very bad condition. However, customer service was very responsive with my concern concerns.

Hey, The outer package + the goods inside were not intact after the delivery. I chose not to make big complaints about this, but probably will not order again.

Na de bestelling was het even stil en er was niet binnen de drie dagen geleverd maar goed ik had ook net voor kerst besteld. nadat ik na de eerste week januri een mailtje stuurde waar mijn bestelling bleef bleek dat er nog 2 producten van de leveracier moesten binnenkomen en dat ik z.s.m. mijn bestelling zou ontvangen . 4 dagen later de bestelling keurig geleverd .

Het winkelen bij Dutch Expat Shop is bij ons eerste bestelling zeer goed verlopen, en zullen zeker terug komen om verder Nederlandse producten te bestellen. Er zijn al Filipijnse vrienden waar wij straks ook producten voor bestellen. Alleen de producten konden wel iets goedkoper zijn, er zijn artikelen die toch wel af schrikken in prijs.
