Ik heb een dag na mijn betelling gemaild, omdat ik geen bevestiging had gekregen. Hierop werd razend snel gereageerd. Helaas duurde het na de bevestigende email dat de betaling oke was nog 4 werkdagen voordat het pakket aan de vervoerder werd geleverd, dat moet toch sneller kunnen. De verdere levering was netjes en goed afgeleverd.

Firstly I have used these people 3 times, every time there was a problem first time the order was late, second time my order was also late and also sent out of date products, and finally my last ever order with these people I paid the extra amount for the seemingly next day delivery? Its still being over a week since and still no delivery. My advice is to completely avoid these people

The fright of the parcel was good, easy and cheaper than other Dutch company because of it was possible to choose standard freight. My parcel needs no cooling.

Sinds lange tijd bestel ik regelmatig boodschappen bij Dutchexpat. De artikelen zijn zeker in orde, worden goed verpakt geleverd. De levertijd zonder diepvries is aan de lange kant. Wanneer een artikel niet te leveren is, wordt er wat laat melding van gemaakt. Rundvleessalade wordt ingevroren geleverd wat de kwaliteit niet ten goed komt.

I hate the tariffs - our daughter is now a Naturalized Dutch citizen, having married a Dutch national and living outside Arnhem in Heveadorp with their three daughters. We visit twice a year and have favorite foods, especially Calve Pindakaas. I saw your website and ordered three large (750 g) jars. They arrived last week. The cost was $61 but I felt this was worth that cost. We then received a message from FedEx saying we owed a tariff plus admin fee of $49. We paid it but this may make it too expensive for future Pindakaas purchases!
