everything goes smooth

Prima zo.

I placed multiple orders over time, every single one was handelt perfectly. Delays are respected. I'll continue to use your platform fir my Dutch products.

I love the European version of Dr. Schar bread! Dutch Expat delivered the bread in 5 business days with no issues! Will use them again in the furure.

overall a good website. would be better if delivery charge was more visible before checkout. did find website hard to navigate as it didn't seem to break products into categories. did forget a few things I wanted. good quality food and prompt delivery

Very happy with the service I received, quickly delivered and always what I had ordered. Thank you.

We are repeat customers, and every order offers the BEST selection and best in class customer service. We especially love the shipping calculator that tells you how much more you can order without changing your shipping cost! Plus, our orders are packaged with great care to ensure everything arrives on time AND in perfect condition. Thanks to everyone at Dutch Expat Store that makes this experience so positive and efficient!

Freindly and on time.

I ordered a several packs of Texels beer. I missed the delivery so I rearranged it to my office 2 days later. It arrived badly damaged. So bad that the courier did not event ake it oput of his van - he recorded it as damaged and left. This company is now refusing to refund me or supply me with the product in good order. Total ****.

My order was delivered on time and by a very reputable courier company.

I am glad the merchandise is still available.

Being originally from Belgium and now living in California, I really appreciate being able to order my favorite Belgian goodies that I can't find here in the USA. The customer service is always excellent, and they do an outstanding job packaging everything carefully and securely to make sure the food arrives safely and in perfect condition. You can tell they truly care about their customers and the quality of their service. Every order has been a great experience! Thank you for bringing a little taste of Belgium to my home in California. I highly recommend this store and will definitely continue ordering!

.

Good experience and good assortment.

Goed en snel aangekomen. Geen problemen.

Have ordered goods delivered to France before but sometimes not received all as unavailable. I think there is not as much vegetarian chilled food items as before which is a shame as I would have ordered more.

No problems
