I live in Finland now and miss some of the typical Dutch cuisine. This is a wonderful way to feel home even from a distance. The package came quickly, everything was wrapped with care and left me feeling pampered and well cared for. Like I said, excellent service! Definitely worth it, now and again

As a Belgian living in America, l miss a lot of the good stuff. As a test, l ordered my favorite chips and my favorite energy drink. I am impressed about how everything is packed with more then excellent care! Strong foam on the bottom of the box. Every pack (4) of energy drink (6 cans in one pack) wrapped in bubble wrap. 13 bags of chips, per 2 bags packed together in 1 plastic bag with some air in, so the chips bags won't pop during transport. All perfectly tight packed together in 1 box. No room for moving around. On the outside of the box, Fragile/breekbaar tape all around. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Fast delivery. I ordered on the 12th of March. Package arrived in USA on the 19th. My package was stuck at customs for 11 days but the issue got resolved as soon as FedEx had let me know they needed more information. Dutch Expat Shop replied immediately and provided the requested documents. I can say for 100% sure that l will order again.

Goods arrived quickly and were as ordered. Postage was expensive but I presume a function of having left the EU.

My 3 tubs of Benecol arrived liquified in styrofoam container that had only a small baggy of water that probably used to be ice. They were really expensive!

I’ve ordered from this store many times. They offer several shipping options and have fair prices.

Order two items. Paid for two. Order confirmed. Then my order was canceled by you. I didn’t know why. Then I received refund for one item. I had email dialogue. I find there were never two items in stock. Order was reinstated by you of one item and arrived a few days later. The item is a good price pity about the confusion.
