Zelfs mijn roze koeken waren secuur verpakt en dus heel aangekomen in Italië! Ik vraag me enkel af waarom ik voor koelverpakking betaal als de smeerkaas en kaas gewoon in plastic aankomt zonder verkoelende elementen? Vandaar de laatste ster niet vol. Anders, perfecte service.

Bestelling was vergeten, dus de kerstboodschappen kwamen niet aan. Vervolgens op 5 januari mail gehad met excuses en dat ze nu zouden leveren. Helaas duurde dit ook nog ruim een week waardoor de versproducten bedorven waren. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar

ER staat bij uw Firma een Telefoonadres waar ik heb opgebeld. Men zei mij, dat dit nummer er alleen voor de Engelsen en Amerikanen is. Verder werd het bedrag de 12.12.1925 afgeboekt. De produkten kreeg ik in Januarie.

Alles was ok. Alleen ontbrak een produkt.

Ik vind wat ik al lang in de Belgische supermarkten zocht eindelijk terug via Dutch Expat Shop. Alles is perfect volgens plan verlopen.

It’s 17 days after placing order and still no order

I am relying on Dutch Expat shop for hypoallergenic formula for my baby and unfortunately I can't order more than 2 pieces at a time due to Moldovan customs regulations. So sometimes it is crucial to receive it in time, but sometimes it takes too long to the items to be sent.

Even though the order came double packed and every item was wrapped individually in plastic bags, must of the containers were cracked. All three hagelslag containers were ripped, roggebrood lids were cracked and the vacuum sealed cheese was unsealed. Overall though, all dates on the products were good. Everything was fresh. Did receive a bill from FedEx after for the package.
