Helaas de producten op voorraad , waren niet op voorraad. Levering meer dan 2 weken in plaats van 4 dagen. Witte koeldoos slecht verpakt. 3 kaasjes hebben de salade en filet américan doosjes kapot gemaakt en alles kunnen weggooien , behalve de kaasjes heb ik kunnen afwassen. Heel slecht gedaan.

What you order is what you get home, so no problem.

I order groceries in thermo-packaging from time to time. I know how it works. The herring was in a thermo-packaging box, but there were no cooling elements. The delivery was handled by a regular courier, not a refrigerated car. I ended up receiving a terribly smelly box, which I immediately threw in the trash.

package was held up in customes as the address from the shop was incorrect and didnt match other info on the papers. I had go go on your website to give them correct info. Still have not recived my package. Was in customer 10 days ago. I know what I ordered will no be good anymore. paid $194.59 for butter. so sad

It was difficult to find my favorite fabric softener in the United States. But Dutch Expat had it and it is refreshing to have the smell of home in the the us.

Vijf dagen levertijd is iets te lang. Prijs van de koelbox is te hoog.

The courier told me he had identified damage to the box at their depot and the depot had opened it up to find 2 bottles had been damaged and the inside was quite wet. I told Dutch Expat Shop customer service and a refund was processed quickly for the two bottle. To my mind the exterior and cardboard packaging was not as good as previous orders and needs to be reviewed but overall the process delivery and beer were good.

Did not send 3 packets of hageleslag as directed but sent a different product.

Love the chocolate

I will never ever use FedEx. We have waited two days until 10 pm without the package arriving. No indication that it can be picked up anywhere.
