Confusion over delivery

Order two items. Paid for two. Order confirmed. Then my order was canceled by you. I didn’t know why. Then I received refund for one item. I had email dialogue. I find there were never two items in stock. Order was reinstated by you of one item and arrived a few days later. The item is a good price pity about the confusion.

Snelle levering, goede service.

We wonen in Griekenland en hadden diepvries producten besteld. Het werd binnen de afgesproken tijd geleverd maar helaas was een gedeelte ontdooid. Die producten hebben we dan ook vergoed gekregen. Als er meer droogijs in had gezeten was het waarschijnlijk goed gegaan.
