Very satisfied with the process. From ordering to delivery took about 3 weeks (NL to Georgia). All items received in perfect condition. I would use their service again.

Although it’s good to be able to order stuff you need and can’t get in Portugal, they have twice not been able to send without something getting broke. First time such a mess that I had to throw 1/3 straight in the bin. Forgot to take picture - so no refund :o( Second time only one item broke, so decided not to bother. Would recommend them if/when they are able to send without breakage.

Een verzoek om een artikel in het assortiment op te nemen werd heel snel positief beantwoord. De bestelling was goed verpakt en kwam zonder schade aan.

My daughter spent the semester in Italy and fell in love with these. It absolutely made her day when I told her that I had located an entire box of them.

De verzending duurde erg lang. Daardoor moest ik lang wachten op mijn pakket. Boodschappen die niet leverbaar waren werden niet vervangen. Ik ontving voor bijna 40 euro het geld terug, Daar had ik graag binnen mijn verzendkosten andere producten voor gehad. De reactie van de klantenservice was oppervlakkig en ging niet verder als "sorry" . Ik bestelde voor het eerst omdat de Holland Webwinkel is gestopt. Misschien ben ik verwend door hun optimale service, maar dit komt nergens zelfs maar in de buurt. Blijken bij aankomst ook nog 5 pakken beschuit te zijn gecrasht en 1 fles croma er gewoon niet bij. Jammer. Voorlopig maar niet meer.

Wij zijn tevreden! Missen wel b.v. de Allerhanden of een zakje pepermunt..... Onze dank voor het vlotte zaken doen. Harry en Margo Abbas

Shortly after I placed my order, I received confirmation followed by shipping confirmation in a few days later I had my product. I am now a regular customer.

I was pleased receiving the candies. I wish they had some of my favorites in there, as I would have ordered much more

Ordered a frozen product; paid a lot of money for cooled transportation with DPD. Order has been en route for 15 days with no update. No response yet from Dutch Expat Shop; telephone number goes to answer machine. Extremely frustrating experience so far. I’m expecting a refund. Will update my review once the matter is resolved to my satisfaction. Finally got a response and refund has been given but no explanation why this happened.

De tijd tussen bestellen en versturen duurde langer dan verwacht. Maar toen ik daarover een bericht stuurde kreeg ik ook gelijk uitleg waarom dat het geval was. Een product was er niet en kreeg dit ook netjes terugbetaald.

My shipment contained the wrong items and I still have not received a reply to my inquiry about how to get a replacement.
