Upon my inquiry with respect to a particular product that was not available / out of stock, I received a quick response. When the item was restocked, I received another email notifying me of same. The Expat team was responsive and super helpful. Also, the items I ordered were well and carefully packed for the long cross-atlantic journey.

3 orders in about 2 years: - first order was fine - second order was not. Half of the products were replaced by products of a bit lower quality. However, customer support did well and refunded me for the exchanged products. - third order (a month ago) was fine. Delivery took around a week. So overall, a quite advisable website. I won't hesitate to order again.

Packing stuck for a week at customs. I had to call fedex and was told that I need to file papers that I don't even have. Emailed and took days for a response and still nothing happened.

ordered on 8 june not had anything yet. they have been in contact since i posted this bad review they contacted the transport company the goods was damaged . so they asked if i wanted a credit or re order so i asked for re order it should be leaving monday 29 june we will see when it arrives when it does i may change my review.

Excellent service and the odd time when I’ve had a problem- deliver company not expat shop - they immediately deal with it. Product always arrives within a few day of ordering. Couldn’t ask for a better service.
