I never got my package. I got an urgent call from FedEx saying the box was in the US but I had to fill out a long customs form to tell them what was in the box within 24 hours or the package would not be delivered and sent back to the seller. Fed Ex sent me a "step-by-step" sheet because it was so complicated. I was at work and couldn't complete this, and the only items in the box were chocolate, deodorant, and toothpaste, and already detailed by Expat Shop. I get numerous packages from overseas without this happening. I'm sorry for the Dutch Expat Shop too but why was this so complicated for the buyer?

I'm crazy about Marmite and this for me this is the only place that has enough of it, at a reasonable price with reasonable postage fees. I've bought marmite from these guys before and I'll mosdef buy again!

I ordered chocolate letters, and they were delivered in a reasonable time. Was disappointed that there did not seem to be many dark chocolate options, since half of us prefer that over milk chocolate. Still, I was glad to be able to get letters at all, because our usual shop (Little Dutch Girl in Old Town Spring, Texas) has changed hands and the new owners did not have chocolate letters in stock.

Products are probably fine since they are all brand names, but the products have not arrived after 14+ days. Ordering was easy. Shipping seems to be an issue, but that is not the company’s fault. However, it does dampen the whole experience.

I found your company as I was searching for a product that was out of stock everyone. Turns out they changed the recepie after more than 100 years and made it horrible. Dissapointed in the product but your service was fantastic, delivered on time and package was in good condition. Thank you i will surely come back if needed.

Placing the order was simple and fast. It was dispatched quickly and then package very well, which was important as is contained glass containers. Arrived as estimated, the chosen couriers had not damaged the very sturdy box. What we hoped for, but sadly not what you get from everyone online, mentioning no names. So we are happy with the whole experience.

Firstly I paid for expedited delivery and my delivery took way longer. Secondly, i was not sent the right order. Instead of Bio Combiotik HIPP Dutch Stage 1, I was sent Junior version.

Dit was mijn eerste bestelling via deze site. Ik ben zeer tevreden over hoe de produkten zijn verpakt met uiterste zorg. Wat niet zo goed ging was de levering via Fedex. In Griekenland is het vrij lastig om telefonisch in contact te komen met FEDEX. Het heeft in totaal 4 werkdagen geduurd voordat het pakket kon worden afgeleverd en daarnaast werd ook nog een keer de dag van aflevering veranderd gedurende deze dag. Dit is niet prettig als je speciaal regelt dat iemena d thuis is om het pakket in ontvangst te nemen.

Snelle levering naar Frankrijk. Jammer dat er minder dropshippingopties zijn.

Ik had een probleem met de verzendkosten, maar die werden vriendelijk terugbetaald. Uitstekende klantenservice, bedankt voor uw aandacht.

Op het laatst geleverde pakket (nov’25) heb ik de volgende klachten: 1. oude (houdbaar tot januari’26) en verkruimelde stroopwafels; 2. vochtige dozen van Jules Destrooper en De Ruijter hagelslag (open gegaan); 3. geen reactie op dezelfde klachten die ik virige week naar de klantenservice heb toegestuurd.

Na enkele bestellingen te hebben gedaan kan ik enkel maar positief reageren. Steeds correcte afhandeling van de bestelling en zorgzaam opgestuurd. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Order was a bit delayed due to outside factor but will absolutely order again. Thanks to Noa and the team. 10/10
