Alle bestelde artikelen zaten in het pakket en waren zeer zorgvuldig verpakt. Het duurde wel ruim 2 weken voordat de bestelling werd bezord, dat zou wellicht sneller kunnen.

Fast shipping

Still haven’t gotten my candy. Fed Ex flew it fairly quickly to the US, then it sat in a town not far from me (-2hours drive) for a week. Then it was delivered to my town almost five days ago and I still have not received it. Pretty shocking service for FedEx. I do not live in the middle of nowhere either. Maybe someday I will get it. Fingers crossed

mijn ervaring met onder leverancier Delhaize is ronduit slecht. Vorige keer diepvries grijze garnalen besteld, allemaal over datum , of te wel vervallen, na vervaldag. NU garnaalkroketten besteld voor de friteuse 4 x ; ik heb één doosje gekregen en de drie andere waren voor de airfryer, die ik niet gebruik, en of voor de oven, die ik niet heb.... ze denken och, die hebben we niet meer , dan zenden we maar wat andere brol. bedenkelijke kwaliteit. ik bestel nooit nog iets bij delhaize, triestige mentaliteit. De werkwijze van Dutch expâts is top, wat ik niet kan zeggen van Delhaize

It took quite a while to complete my order. When all arrived (was well packed so 5 stars for that), I discovered that 1 item was already passed expiry date and several other items would expire within 15 -30 days which is not good since when you live abroad you want to order things that will keep for a while. The expired item was refunded so OK with that but now I have to eat the other items more quickly otherwise they will be expired. There should be a better system in place to avoid close to expiry date items.

Uitlevering duurt erg labg

This was the first time I used your service, and for me, it was more or less an experiment. The total price was a bit disappointing, as I had to convert it from Euros to Singapore Dollars, which made it rather expensive.

Alles is altijd goed verpakt en voor het grote deel erg snel. Ik heb 1 ding wat ik niet goed vind. Zoals een grote pot mayonaise waar de datum al over 2 maanden afloopt. In de winkel in nl. zelf heeft het een langere datum. Dus stuur niet een datum die snel afloopt naar het buitenland. Ik heb het zelf gezien als ik in NL. ben dat het wel zou kunnen. Dat is 1 voorbeeld en ik heb het al vaker gezegd. Iets bestellen is al aardig duur met de verzendkosten en zo dus ik wil graag een betere datum hebben met mijn bestellingen. Dank U ik hoop volgende keer beter.

We can only get sugar free drop in Holland and had sadly ran out so great to be able to get a fresh supply through the Dutch ex pat shop without having to travel back to Holland! We’ll be back! Great service! Veel dank. Saskia

Op mijn zoektocht naar de oude versie van Nescafe Family cappucino kwam ik deze winkel tegen. 3 besteld. Vrij duur, maar dat had ik er voor over. De vernieuwde versie vinden we namelijk niet te drinken. Groot was mijn teleurstelling dan ook toen we toch de nieuwe versie kregen. Op mijn bericht hierover kreeg ik geen bericht terug.

I was quite impressed with the selection of goods and variety. Not only Dutch foods but some Swiss- which is a plus. The website is easy to navigate, the products are fresh, and your purchases arrive rather quickly (I am based in London, UK). The Swiss brand Kambly is available on the site. What would make my grading 5 stars is finding this brand’s chocolate shortbread biscuits. Thank you

Unfortunately I have been y on my last order as some of the items ordered weren’t available and instead of being contacted to be asked if would like a replacement I have been refunded instead. My order arrived with only 2 small items. As a customer from abroad the FedEx delivery em was more expensive than the items… Overall I love the product’s quality and taste

I was able to enjoy some great Dutch food for the first time in quite a while thanks to the Dutch Expat Shop. My order arrived very quickly, and I’ve been loving everything. Their selection is amazing, and I was able to find several treats I haven’t had since living in the Netherlands. The Dutch mayo is fantastic—just like I remember—and I was thrilled to find Pensees again. It brought back some great memories. I will definitely be ordering from them again and again!

Ik was zelf iets te laat met mijn bestelling maar op enkele dagen tijd kreeg ik al mijn bestelling binnen. Zeer veilige verpakking. Alle hoeveelheden waren correct.
