De koopwaar was zeer degelijk verpakt en kwam geheel onbeschadigd aan, zelfs in glas verpakte dingen. Het duurde wel ontzettend lang eer het aankwam, maar dat is Griekenland, dat is hun schuld niet. We weten dat en bestellen dan ook geen vlug bederfbare goederen. Een aanrader.

Van mij mag het nog wel iets meer uitgebreid worden zoals kannis en gunnink koffie bonen en kruiden. Verder was het uitstekend.

Order was delivered on time and each item was perfectly wrapped. Absolutely recommend Dutch Expat Shop if you love your Dutch goodies, even verse gevulde koeken van de warme bakker, heerlijk! Definitely order again.

Improving, but still not following instructions and International Documentation standards. The content of the package was good and no missing or damaged articles. However, similar to the previous sending, and despite my instructions on the website/order. The notice 'FOR PERSONAL USE" was again not listed on the package/documents. The table of content was in DUTCH and not in ENGLISH. The package was only accepted by the customs because of the good actions of FEDEX Singapore, and by my phone call with them.

De bestellingen zijn eerder eenvoudig , en de afspraken worden nagekomen wat betreft de levering van producten .

Go out of their way to get what you ask for. Goods extremely well packed.

I always hover over this decision, what is Normal (3*) for Dutch Expat is Outstanding (5*) for others

I've placed many orders with Dutch Expat Shop and they never disappoint. They have a little bit of everything and are always updating their range. While the shipping is a bit much that's expected for being in the US.

The Dutch Expat Shop part of my order was very good. It was dispatched quickly. Fedex were very poor and took several days to deliver saying it would deliver the next day, then the next day............. It arrived OK in the end.

Op zich ben ik heel tevreden op Dutch Expat shop maar eindelijk krijg ik alles wat ik bestelde maar er zitten nu producten bij die al over datum waren voordat ik het bestelde. Dat is jammer er kan toch even op de datum gekeken worden voordat het verstuurd wordt kleine moeite neem ik aan.

De klantenservice van Dutch Expatshop is heel sérieus. De bestelling is heel snel in Nederland behandeld maar eenmaal in Frankrijk aangekomen wordt het over genomen door de transportcompagnie "Chronopost" en die verzet 3 à 4 keer de leverings datum. Dit is schandalig. Gelukkig waren de diepvries artikelen nog een kleinbeetje bevroren dus we hebben alles heel snel moeten op eten. Chronopost weigert de verzendkosten te vergoeden.

I do not have my order

Even though it came a month late the drink was worth the wait. I am so glad that I had it for my birthday.
