Helaas zijn de vervoerders van de producten zoals DHL en FedEx niet zo voorzichtig met de pakketten en komen er vaak artikelen stuk en beschadigd aan. The Dutch Expat shop verpakt het zo goed als het kan.

I was very happy to find Dutch Expat shop and was able to get some excellent produce at fair prices and fair shipping. My only comment was that there were some very popular chocolate products (e.g. Milk chocolate Bouchée) which they do not appear to stock, which was a shame.

Unfortunately I am not satisfied at all. I ordered 30 euros value stuff and paid about 15 euros for fast shipping to Italy wishing my package arrives before sinterklaas but it arrived with 9 days delay! I asked refund for shipping but so far no update about it! But I must be honest, the quality of product was very good!

Mijn bestelling online ging vlot over in het versturen (naar Portugal). De Spaanse transporteur heeft een defecte website 'info.sending.es', waardoor ik het pakket niet kon volgen. Dus ... onverwacht bezorgd.

Great products and service

Pakket is maar 2 weken na bestelling verzonden. Dagen moeten wachten achter antwoord op mail. Bleek dat er een artikel niet meer beschikbaar was, ipv te vragen of men dat mag vervangen door iets anders stort men gewoon het verschil terug. Men besteld intijds voor als kerst zeker te laten leveren, blijkt het pakket dus niet intijds geleverd te zijn. Dus er is zeker nog heel wat werk aan de winkel!

Gelukkig vroeg genoeg besteld, blijkbaar zeer noodzakelijk rond Sint en Kerst. Klantenservice kon het blijkbaar ook niet meer bijbenen. Assortiment nog steeds onvolprezen uitgebreid en prima verpakking, transport en goedkoop aflevering aan huis.

A wide selection of products at reasonable prices. Shipping costs are unreasonably high for small purchases.

I made my purchase, excited to finally get products I truly value and can't find in my country, but from the moment I paid for the order, everything went from bad to worse. The estimated delivery time was longer than expected. I don't understand why the items took so long to arrive. Once they arrived, FedEx wants to charge me customs duties, which were supposed to be included in the shipping cost that Dutch Expats is charging me. I've been trying to contact them for over four days, and no one is responding. Their customer service is awful, and I'm sorry to feel so scammed when I would have loved to say that Dutch Expats were fantastic and recommend them.

The delivery was quick and I love the ontbijtkoek as it reminds me of my country. Hagelslag next

I ordered some cheese, HAK-vegetables and some soups by UNOX. Packing and shipping were excellent, merchandise was delicious and top quality. I will order more in future ! Thanks for bringing us a Merry Christmas

My package is stuck in customs. It seems the proper forms were not filled out by the shipper. I am not getting a response to my emails except to fill out this survey. I’m very disappointed. I ordered my package 1 month ago and I don’t have it

Al een paar dagen op zoek naar mijn bestelling, maar die is nergens te vinden. Ik denk dat het bedrijf waar jullie nu meer werken, DPD, niet erg transparant werkt. De mislukte bezorgpoging is een farce want wij weren de hele dag thuis en er is dus niemand langs geweest. Ook niet een briefje of belletje zodat je weet waar het is. Dus NEE ik ben momenteel zeker geen tevreden klant en dat was ik wel.

Dutch expat shop succeeded in sending me the cereal I've been looking for for decades! Shipping took a little longer than expected, so be sure to order well in advance of when you need your product. Thanks so much!

My English is very poor, so I can't write anything here. I'm sorry. But I was very satisfied with everything.

My order didn't arrive within the estimated time, but I can understand that was largely due to the busy holiday season. What I don't understand is why my order was packed with nothing but two chunks of stiff Styrofoam with my order sandwiched between them as protection inside the package. Many of the stroopwafels I ordered were broken with one bag even being torn open. At least one of my Cassis soda cans burst in transit, The only saving grace was that at least the cans were wrapped in enough plastic wrap that at least my entire order wasn't drenched in soda. Even the plastic containers holding the kokosbrood I ordered were cracked from the travel. I hope this company looks into some investing for some better packing methods or materials when shipping potentially fragile goods in the future. I'm happy that my order arrived before Christmas and that the majority was salvageable, but I will likely not be using this company again.

alle Produkten zijn goed aan gekommen ook was de Bestellung kompleet!!!!!., MAAR veel en veel te duur, het is me dat dan ook niet Meer waard ik betaalde 285 Euro voor te weinig Produkten.
