The food items were packed and shipped extremely well, and everything arrived fresh and in excellent condition. Customs procedures were handled smoothly with helpful support from the shipper. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Ordered Belgian beer and the whole process was efficient. Products were perfectly packaged to avoid any damage during transport.

Complications a la reception du colis a la douane US .... il manquait un document ! Fedex voulait que je remplisse un document spécial mais finalement Dutch Expat s'est occupé de tout et le colis est enfin arrivé. Merci .

Snelle afhandeling, goede en zorgvuldige verpakking. En als een produkt niet goed aankomt of als een produkt niet klopt (in ons geval sterk afwijkend gewicht) dan volgt adequate reactie.

Alleen een comment, ik moest alleen het pakket zelf ophalen bij het sorteercentrum. Anders duurde het drie weken voordat ik het thuis bezorgt werd.

Zoals gewonelijk komt het pakket redelijk snel, produkten zijn vers en goed. Het enige wat niet goed gaat is de levering met DPD. Ik hoop dat voor de volgende bestelling een levering met DHL tot de mogelijkheden gaat horen.

I have tried to get St. Hubertus beer here in the US, however no distributor can get it. So once a year I treat myself. Shipping costs quite a bit, but ALL 24 beers arrived safe and sound. Each bottle was individually bubble wrapped. Shipped within 3 days of purchase. Arrived at my door within a week. Very happy with my purchase. Thank you!

As a brit in Sweden, I find a critical product that even the Brit Expat shops don't seem to stock. What would make it a six star review is perhaps providing a suggestions box, enabling purchasers to identify and promote new products they would like to find on the shelves.

Ik moet bij aanbevelen eigenlijk NEEN zeggen want .... DES zou contact opnemen met FedEx over de hoge bijbetaling die ik moest doen bij mijn derde bestelling. Helaas heb ik sinds afgelopen week niets meer gehoord wat FedEx heeft geantwoord. Voor de rest heb ik nu geen problemen gehad met DES, alleen weeeeeeeer problemen met FedEx. Normaal zou mijn bestelling geleverd worden op 23 maart, dan is het 24 maart geworden, vandaag dus en het is hier nu 14.40u en nog steeds niets gekregen, zelfs geen update van FedEx. Die rekenen allerlei taksen aan die echt schandalig zijn. Vragen gesteld via hun vernieuwd platform worden niet beantwoord.

Heel blij dat we de bestelling zo vlot en zonder problemen hebben ontvangen.

Our package was unfortunately damaged due to external damage during transport (for info, the ordered products themselves were packed very well), and we were not able to use the products. The customer service of the Dutch Expat Shop provided excellent service and re-sent the order, which we have now received. Thank you ! We are very satisfied with the products, the packaging and the service.

My previous order was dealt with very expediently. Unfortunately, because of the war situation in the Gulf region my current order is still stuck in France awaiting forwarding to Bahrain, I contacted FedEx and they said that they will do all that they can to get the order through.

I was looking for the mustard I bought last year in Amsterdam. I found this site by searching on Google. Reliable seller, fair prices, and on-time shipping. The way the jars were packaged was also excellent.

As above, despite having a cool box, one of the cheeses, the Milner Young 30+, was mouldy. You could not see it, only when i took it out of its package. I presume this was a the cheese suppliers fault. The other goods were great and arrived very quickly.
