I confess i did not read the terms and conditions but I was really surprised to be charged an import charge by fedex. The product was fine, but this extra charge is a serious deterrent. I believed the price quoted was all inclusive.

De producten die ik bestel zijn altijd keurig verpakt en komen goed aan. Het enige nadeel vind ik is dat het tegenwoordig bijna 2 weken duurt voordat ik mijn bestelling in huis heb. Ik ben woonachtig in Frankrijk, zo ver is dat nou ook weer niet. Tot op een paar jaar terug had ik mijn bestelling meestal binnen een week. Ik vraag me af vanwaar die vertraging komt. Verder ben ik blij met Dutch Expat Shop. Nu kan ik tenminste iedere dag echte koffiemelk in mijn koffie doen!! Want dat hebben ze niet in Frankrijk!

Helaas werd er een verkeerd product verstuurd ,maar een mailtje verstuurd en snel antwoord gekregen of ik een foto kon sturen van het ontvangen product gedaan, en daarna een mailtje gekregen met een retour bon. En een dag na bevestiging zoals beloofd op de site. werd het geld meteen terug gestort en een dag later stond het op mijn rekening . Dus al met al kan ik deze site van harte aanbevelen en doet wat het beloofd .

The food items were packed and shipped extremely well, and everything arrived fresh and in excellent condition. Customs procedures were handled smoothly with helpful support from the shipper. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Ordered Belgian beer and the whole process was efficient. Products were perfectly packaged to avoid any damage during transport.

Snelle afhandeling, goede en zorgvuldige verpakking. En als een produkt niet goed aankomt of als een produkt niet klopt (in ons geval sterk afwijkend gewicht) dan volgt adequate reactie.

Alleen een comment, ik moest alleen het pakket zelf ophalen bij het sorteercentrum. Anders duurde het drie weken voordat ik het thuis bezorgt werd.
