The products were overall acceptable, Stroopwafels not really fresh, but the gevulde koeken were really fresh. The delivery was a disaster. The first attempt: they did not contact us. Then we could book a delivery, they came a day to early, so we weren't home. The day we booked delivery, they didn't show. After we contacted them, they promised to deliver the next day. The called, they forgot to take the package with them, so they could't deliver! So a week later, they dropped the package on the driveway, in the rain. We will not buy a product from Dutch Expat Shop again if we cannot choose another delivery firm.

Easy process from ordering to delivery.

Ik heb al verschillende keren bij Dutch Expat Shop besteld. Beschuit altijd lekker. En blijft lang vers. ik heb ook een keer Kip-Sateh besteld en die was niet lekker. In Nederland kocht ik die altijd bij Albert Heijn en die was veel beter. Ook bij de laatste levering waren de krentenbollen niet geweldig. Vrij droog en weinig rozijnen. Maar ik waardeer jullie moeite!

Always impressed by the range and service offered by Dutch Expat. The packing is excellent, so no worries about damage. The website can be a bit temperamental I find, but it's worth persevering.

Verpakking alles lag door elkaar geschud, doos was niet stevig genoeg opgevuld. Gelukkig was er niets stuk. Verder alles ok.

For sure I will return :)

First of all the prices are fantastic Second I made an order on a Friday and next Friday I had my items delivered ( mind you I live in Australia where everything needs weeks to be delivered) I can't praise them enough!!! Please if you need anything go with them 100% satisfaction!!!!

Alle bestelde artikelen zaten in het pakket en waren zeer zorgvuldig verpakt. Het duurde wel ruim 2 weken voordat de bestelling werd bezord, dat zou wellicht sneller kunnen.

Fast shipping

Still haven’t gotten my candy. Fed Ex flew it fairly quickly to the US, then it sat in a town not far from me (-2hours drive) for a week. Then it was delivered to my town almost five days ago and I still have not received it. Pretty shocking service for FedEx. I do not live in the middle of nowhere either. Maybe someday I will get it. Fingers crossed

mijn ervaring met onder leverancier Delhaize is ronduit slecht. Vorige keer diepvries grijze garnalen besteld, allemaal over datum , of te wel vervallen, na vervaldag. NU garnaalkroketten besteld voor de friteuse 4 x ; ik heb één doosje gekregen en de drie andere waren voor de airfryer, die ik niet gebruik, en of voor de oven, die ik niet heb.... ze denken och, die hebben we niet meer , dan zenden we maar wat andere brol. bedenkelijke kwaliteit. ik bestel nooit nog iets bij delhaize, triestige mentaliteit. De werkwijze van Dutch expâts is top, wat ik niet kan zeggen van Delhaize

It took quite a while to complete my order. When all arrived (was well packed so 5 stars for that), I discovered that 1 item was already passed expiry date and several other items would expire within 15 -30 days which is not good since when you live abroad you want to order things that will keep for a while. The expired item was refunded so OK with that but now I have to eat the other items more quickly otherwise they will be expired. There should be a better system in place to avoid close to expiry date items.
