I've ordered baby formula to Portugal for quite some time now from Dutch Expat shop and the product and delivery times are always reliable.

Great assortment and service.

Easy to order. Good communication about shipment/delivery expectations. The two things which can improve (will not stop me from ordering...) 1. When trying to order the right amount to maximize the shipping charges there is one message in the shopping basket (you reach the limit for this weight) and another message when checking out (you can order more for this weight). 2. While packaging was outstanding you need to realize that anything which has room to move in the box (and despite putting a sticker fragile on it Fedex throws the box around) will get damaged. In my case there were 3 hagelslag package which were loose/had room for movement and they all got damaged. Bottom line appreciate the service and hope you see this as constructive feedback. Raymond

Although I buy only a few items the service is great and postage costs to UK very reasonable. Recent email advising of a short delay turned out to be only 1 day. Superb company.

We order Dutch specialties regularly from this company and we are so grateful it exists. We have never been disappointed in any aspect. Arrives promptly and well packed.

I was able to get everything I wanted for Sinterklaas and the website was easy to use. Communication was good and delivery quite quick.

Ik waardeer uw service, maar ik vind het jammer dat sommige van mijn favoriete producten naar verloop van tijd niet meer te bestellen zijn, waar dat eerder wel mogelijk was. Daardoor heb ik het idee dat aanbod is versmald en dat vind ik geen goed teken.

From order to receipt the process was easy, quick and flawless. I particularly liked the wide online selection and the option to use FedEx with its accurate tracking system. My package arrived on time, well wrapped with the contents in perfect condition.

Mijn eerste keer op Dutch Expat Shop (DES) was bedoeld om te kijken of ik een product kon bestellen, dat niet in het assortiment zit. Dat ging zonder problemen bij bol.com. Het ging om inkt cassetes voor mijn Belgische printer, die ik in de Filipijnen gebruik. Lokale cassettes worden niet geaccepteerd als de printer niet uit dezelfde regio komt. Bijna alle printer merken doen dat uit commerciele overwegingen. Ik had op bol.com 2 leveranciers geselecteerd. Ze leverden de bestelling niet op dezelfde dag af bij DES en ondanks mijn instructies om ze samen als een pakket naar de Filipijnen te sturen, werden ze apart verstuurd en dus twee keer (Fedex) kosten van bijn 50 euro. DES heeft de kosten van de tweede bestelling niet doorberekend, waarvoor hulde en dank.

Great communication, great service and a large product range.

My order was sent quickly and very well packed.

Order was fast and timely. One item broke, but it wasn't from their lack of trying to protect it. Everything was wrapped quite well in bubble wrap. Would definitely order again.

I ordered some chocolate and beers as a gift, but eventually it took quite a lot of time to have it shipped. The chocolate ended up being out of stock, and I got a refund immediately. Also, one of the beers arrived completely shattered, but the customer service has been very quick to reply to my email and I got a refund for that too. Maybe it was not perfect, but I appreciated the effort behind it. I ordered another time because of that.

Out of date product. Ordered it back in October and received the product that has due date in September 2025.
