Grote selectie, snelle verscheping, slechte verpakking.

Een prachtige selectie van producten die naar de VS worden verstuurd. Behandeling en in het bezit krijgen van de order (Midwest, VS) is 3-4 dagen. Jammer dat ze weinig aandacht aan de verpakking besteden. Blikken hebben deuken en verpakkingen zijn beschadigd. Desondanks, blij met deze optie om Nederlandse producten in handen te krijgen.

Service en kwaliteit

Een zeer goed aanbod en voortreffelijke service. Eenmaal geregistreerd als klant en de eerste bestelling arriveerde prompt binnen een week. Voor Nederlandse expats is het alsof Sinterklaas langskomt zodra je een tracking e-mail hebt ontvangen. Nu nog een oplossing vinden voor bitterballen, kroketten, haring en jenever.

Service is quick

Would like if an email was sent on dispatch of items. Also tins always damaged despite packaging, I think they are damaged before being sent as so well packed it would be impossible that every time this happens

Terrible customer service

I ordered beer from them It was damaged in shipment by DHL Now they won't help me file a claim or refund my money or send beer ! Never again ! Not worth the headache and you will lose your money!

Dear Warren, thanks for your review. We were trying to deliver your package but you have refused it due to some damaged items caused by the delivery of DHL. When a package has been damaged a bit, please never refuse these package as we need proof to make a claim. If we do not have proof we can not solve this issue and then the package will be lost. So please contact DHL as soon as possible and ask them to deliver your package again. Most of the times only 1 or 2 bottles are broken and the rest are fine. Thank you for your understanding. Betrouwbaar en snel
