Excellent service, tracking easy to follow. So pleased to have found this site as we are unable to travel to the Netherlands at the moment.

My order delivery is late by at least 4 days now. I understand that there are many issues and delays due to COVID these days, but I would at least like to know the status of my order or be able to ask about it. The tracking number I received has been saying for two weeks now that it was shipped to the country of destination, and no further details. I can’t talk to anyone in my country, because there is no local tracking number, and PostNL has to option to call customer service. So there is absolutely no one right now that can tell me where is my package or approximately when can I expect it to be delivered. Very frustrating, especially since it is baby formula and by now we need it urgently.

I wanted some Peijnenburg Original which I had previously sourced elsewhere. As they ran out I found the Dutch Expat Shop and they had exactly what I needed and at a better cost and delivery charge What’s even better is the speed of delivery which was excellent. The second time I have ordered brilliant service

Het ligt eraan wie de verzending verpakt binnen de organisatie de meeste producten heeft een bubblewarp 0f een plastic zakje of zelfs tape als het nodig is of zelfs sealed als je erom vraagt. 99% gaat het goed maar zie toch steeds kleine dingen fout gaan een zak chips met luchtvracht klapt meestal open,de ene inpakker doet er een zakje om heen de ander doet het niet. De kleine dingen kunnen gaan irriteren met de vraag waarom nu geen plastic zakje of bubble warp etc. Luiheid of geen interesse ? handelingen zouden standaard moeten zijn
